Love the washer, gentlemen that delivered it were very professional and knowledgeable.

Washer works well. Very nice capacity. Also, don't order this from Best Buy, their delivery crew was aggressive and sexist when delivering, we had an issue and needed a replacement dryer. After assuring the same crew would not be at our home, they came again and this time left trash in our garage. Terrible experience.

This machine is superb. Quiet wash and super efficient. As I am still learning some of the features but the app allows me to program the machine just the way I like it. The sleek design gives it such an elegant look. I am in love with it. Go get it, awesome machine

Love this washer, much better than a front loader. Large capacity, it is difficult to reach to the bottom of the inside being short. But is has plenty of room. This is my 2nd samsung washer purchase. I hope my daughter injoys the first one.

First time using a washer without and agitator and it works great! I love my machine

Lots of features that I don't need but has everything I wanted, especially size. I don't like the slanted top as clothes slide off as I am using it to place the folded clothes as I am take them from the matching dryer.

Great washer, I have nothing bad to say about it. It alerts you when it’s done. It gives you plenty of options for washing. Fits a lot of clothes and love the the liquid dispenser is is inside a drawer instead of having to poor the liquid in with the clothes.

It is really good and fast and the most I like is that I can save a lot of water

After waiting am week and a half, delivery was set for 1 to 5pm. At 4 we were notified that they were running late but would be here by 7pm. At 6:30 I call back and was told we were number 4 for delivery but he didn't think we would get it that night. When I asked if we would be on the top of the list for the next day, I was told that he couldn't guarantee it. I cancelled the order. Got the same washer from Home Depot for the slightly less and it was delivered in 3 days. Very happy with the washer.

There's so many choices for washing machines, but my kitchen appliances are black stainless so we went with this one with the agitator which allows more space for larger items like queen bedding with them getting out of balance

Love the quietness of the washer and the music it play when cycle is finished.

I love our washer. It’s very easy to use and I love the feature where it lets you know that it needs a self cleaning done. The drum is very big and I like how there’s a deep wash option for my blankets.

There is little control over how much water you can put in the wash. All cycles only fill the tub about four or 5 inches high and have never adequately covered the clothes being washed. The level of agitation is also very weak and so the clothes do not get enough for a normal cleaning. You can select Deep Fill, but unless you’re washing a ton of clothes, you’ll have gallons and gallons of water in the tub and your clothes will be flying around the water as if they were in the ocean.  the customer service agent at Pacific Sales in. Torrance was wonderful and helped me choose a different washer. Hopefully it will work out. 

I am amazed with how versatile and easy it is to use this dryer. Not having a Center impeller really creases to load capacity and I like how the machine since is the weights and how much water will be needed automatically

This washing machine is really quiet. I'm actually able to work from home, on the phone, while it's running. Very happy with the way the clothes are cleaned. So much better than our old washing machine. I'd definitely recommend it.

Nice sized washer. Fits a lot of clothes in one load. This model has wifi connectivity which is a good add compared to the previous model. Best buy installation was free, easy and professional.

I'll start with saying that all of my appliances are Samsung and purchased from Best Buy. This is my second Samsung Washer/Dryer set which I bought as a gift. I had historically been happy with Samsung and believed they were good quality. I have learned a hard lesson which has left me embarrassed to have given this as a gift and beyond frustrated and will never purchase anything Samsung again. This washer, while large, cannot handle the weight of the loads that easily fit. And no, I'm not over filling it. The weight of a queen sized, fleece blanket will throw it off balance and breaks the washer. After it runs for about 3 hours; filling and emptying the drum, it will eventually stop and you can do multiple factory resets (not just unplug) and it will make it sometimes usable but it still often does the continuous filling and emptying since the initial problem. I bought the Best Buy protection plan and it's useless. After 30 minutes on the phone with BB, you still have to go through Samsung and use the manufacturer warranty. According the rep, the BB plan covers nothing on this washer/dryer for some unknown reason. Samsung has "lost" my support ticket no less than three times after spending hours on the phone. So this 1 star review is for Best Buy and their "protection plans" as well as Samsung and this washer. I strongly suggest you spend your $2000 (for washer/dryer/protection) elsewhere.
