My favorite washing machine so far. The drum is huge. The app notifies you when its down. It even lets you know when to let it self clean! Definitely work the investment.

A friend of mine has this washer and I've been using it since mine old washer broke. It works great. I went ahead and purchased it but it was not in stock until Dec 14th. (Ordered on Nov 3rd) It was a long time but I thought it would be worth the wait. Today (Nov 23rd) I got on best buys website again and looked at the washer again and then saw i could get it in 3 days. I made sure it was the same model number and it was. I was frustrated because they told me I couldn't get the washer until over a month but I now see it is in stock. I called best buy customer service and they were able to get the washer derived in three days. I wish they could notify you when an item came back in stock because it has been a hassle not having a washer. And to think i could have got it even sooner than today. Overall, I give the washer 5 stars. I wish best buy had reached out to me when the washer came back into stock.

No issues to date. Very satisfied with the functionality and function to date.

Had to get a replacement washer for error code in less than 60 days. Let’s see how this goes. Hopefully no issues or I go back to old fashioned ehite washer.

This has been a great washer so far. The tub is really deep to reach the bottom, but I'm tall so that's not an issue. It just means it will hold more clothes, which is a good thing.

This is our second Samsung washer and it is working even better than the first one. The only con I have is sometimes items seem to go off balance very easy. I do like the improved wash area less metal.

This is a very big washer with all the needed buttons. I gave up on the front load and went back to the top load. This one has it all and so far, it works great! Love it.

This washer has been my favorite so far. We needed to replace our washer because our old one had just went on us. We went to purchase this and it's been the absolute best.

New purchase for us. I really like this machine. I've been experimenting with the different wash cycles and I like the efficiency of this machine. I have not used the smart app yet.

Washer is quiet get cloths clean with high capacity tub too. I really am loving my new washer has many washing options to select from . Color is excellent for my laundry room .

So far great washer. Loving the smart features. It's nice to be able to run a rinse and spin cyle from my phone if i forgot to throw them in the dryer before leaving!

Family of three, this thing will wash a weeks worth of dirty clothes at once. Super cool that it will connect to smart things and you can customize cycles.
