Love everything about it! Ive had samsung before( about 10 yrs ago) Washer is still doing good dryer recently serviced for the 1st time. So i got a good decade out it!

We have had this machine for almost one week and have not had any problems. I love all of the different options. It is a sleek machine and it even sings to you!

Great washer. Glad I got the larger capacity, but with short arms, I have a hard time getting things out of the bottom. This is we’re I get my husband to help with laundry.

Great product, but poor delivery service. Driver drop the first washer machine, so they had to delivery another one. So I had to take two days off from work.

Having a new washer without the center agitator is excellent! So much space for the same size washer. Had a washer for 18 years and it had the agitator. So happy with the new one!

Washer was delivered with a small dent on the side. It is unnoticeable from the front so I was fine with keeping it. Washer works great and has lots of settings.

Great capacity - have cleaned king mattress cover and blankets! Liking the wifi connectivity feature. Liquid detergent + softener seems to work best (vs pods) though may just be personal preference. :)

This washing machine is awesome. Large capacity, love that I can wash my king size comforter with ease. Has many different cycles, absolutely love it!

Finally a washer that fits all my needs. I have to do a lot of dirty work clothes along with my daily wear clothes. This tackles both with ease.

As advertised this washer is VERY quiet! Smart capability allows for you to perform other task! The best feature, gives instructions on how to wash based on clothing in wash!

Very happy with purchase. Clothes seem cleaner then the front loader it replaced. Nice to have it work through Alexa to know when it is done.

Has worked well. Added as a second laundry in the house and family thought it was a waste but now it has become the favored machine. Works well, easy to use.

I'm in love with my new smart large capacity washing machine. The ability to use the app to assist when I forget to turn it on has been great and I love the color!

This is a great washer! It doesn't use alot of water and it detects the load based on weight. If you need alot of water then you need to use Full Load capacity. Overall it does the job and very quiet.

It washes quietly and alerts when its done. It can also be programmed to the t.v. to notify you of end of cycle wash. How convenient! Love it! The dryer is great as well.

Cool washer. Cleans clothes pretty well. Tons of different settings for different materials. Lid soft closes which is very nice. Good capacity.

Love the capacity of the washer, wifi is 2g but once connected works gr8, using correct detergent as best possible clothes smell and look gr8 too, gr8 purchase

The capacity is great. We switched from a front-loader to the Top Loader and it is so much easier. Cleaning will be much easier as well.

Best washer machine I’ve ever owned hands down. I’ve washed clothes, shoes, blankets, and everything else. The tub is huge! Highly recommend for all around purpose.
