Be aware of this machine! Please do not purchase! The Top loader machine goes defective after 9 months! I had issues with the normal washing cycle jumping from 56 min to 130 for no reason along with not sprinting the water out! Samsung warranty department are un willing to make a refund or an exchange, after 5 technician visits, according to them they did a few replacements yet my issue still persist with the possibility for 6th visit for the same issue! Please save your time and money!

I bought my new washer a few days s ago after looking at several brands and models decided this was the one. This washer is great, with all the features it has, I am so pleased. With the spin settings on this washer I have noticed clothes take less time to dry which means that saves me money. I would highly recommend this washer

Washed great but after a year of have this washer it started to giving a code. Had a service come out to check it out said it need a control broad and the part wasn’t available.

I purchased this washer on February 28 and picked it on March 12, 2022 for my second home in South Carolina. Initially, it worked fine. On August 4, I put a load in, but it would not run. I called Samsung and they attempted to run through problem solving steps, which didn’t work. They then attempted to schedule service, but could not final anyone. Then, I was told that I didn’t need service, just a software update. It’s now October and I still don’t have a working washer. They finally agreed to provide me with a credit for the broken unit; however, I have the matching dryer. My options are to get something different and forgo having a matched set, or buying the same unit and hoping it works. Did I mention that it’s champagne colored? I’m done with Samsung! I’d rather have different colored washer and dryer than deal with them again. Do yourself a favor and buy a Whirlpool!

I love my Samsung washer. Very spacious for loads of clothing. The variety of settings for clothing like heavy loads or bedding. I like that fabric softener feature and the capability to sync it to your phone when a cycle is complete. Love the color options that it comes in.

Outstanding unit. Very modern, slick and effective. Only thing for next versions would be the have the smart feature turned on from the app as well.

Couldn’t be happier!! Love this set!! Huge tub for washing ~ even our king comforter! Drier dries on the first run!! Many options to accommodate all our needs!! And it looks great!!
