I spent weeks and countless hours researching washers and dryers. I’ve seen and heard the negative reviews about Samsung but I just kept coming back to this set and I’m so glad I decided to purchase it. I’ve had it less than a month but I’ve done enough loads that I’ve already had to do the self clean cycle. I must say that this washer is so quiet and having the app on my phone makes it even more convenient. The features are great and I have not had any problems with it. I got the set for an amazing deal and had it delivered and installed by Best Buy. 10/10

Easy to use, large capacity, I like no agitator because I’m able to wash large items like quilts with ease. Unit is relatively quiet which is nice

The cycles are too long, but the clothes and linens get clean. I have not washed cloth diapers yet for the ultimate test. I wish there was a water level selection. The tub is very deep. I am 5'6" and have trouble reaching the bottom. Best option for the price.

I absolutely love it! It has an impeller rather than agitator which I think is way more gentle on clothes. It is large capacity with many features incl. an auto remind to sanitize (a setting on machine). Its wifi enabled which lets me know when the cycle is complete. Quiet, doesn't rock and does the job! The super speed cuts down time to abt 30 min. with same efficiency!

We purchased this Samsung Washer before acquiring the accompanying Dryer unit. It’s been 2.5 years and have had no issues at all. Works beautifully! Make sure not to overfill and load as indications state. Does an excellent job washing out tough stains (use quality detergent; helps!). Wi-Fi connectivity and monitoring on App is extremely convenient!

So far, so good. This machine will take a big load and makes doing a lot of laundry in short time easier. It's quiet and seems to be more water efficient than the washer it replaced. I didn't bother setting up the smart side of things since that's a little silly, but it's nice to know that it's there if I ever cared enough to set it up.

So far it has been wonderful, cleans well, fits way more than our last washer, does a great job without an agitator. I use my samsung account as I have samsung tv's and it is nice to get the pop up when binging tv shows that my laundry needs to be switched over. I feel this is a very good value for the cost. We've only had it less than a month, but so far so good!

Love the color, style and overall washer. Cleans, rinses and spins very quietly can barely hear it. Love that! Love that it also connects to your phone.

Great machine. Lots of options for different washing needs and mostly quiet while running. Finally figured out how to to off end of cycle song lol. FYI if your short (I’m 5’3) you need to get on tippy toes to reach bottom of drum or use a step stool
