Like that the top basin cover is rust proof. I am going to continue to use and see what happens in the following months/year and give you an update.

They were very cordial & professional. Excellent attitude & were engaging. They removed our old washer & installed the new one. Performance of this new Samsung washer has been great! Hate doing laundry but love my Samsung

Thus far, am happy with all the features and capabilities it offers. However, it is too soon to say how long it will last, because at the end of the day, despite the features, what a homeowner and user really needs is reliability and durability more than anything else. But so far, so good.
