My last Samsung lasted 4 years and and then it needed to repair they didn't want to pay for so I had to pick out a new one. This one has auto water which is so bad. If I put a foot of heavy towels in the washing machine it will literally fill up with only a few inches of water to wash all that crap. I've tried recalibrating all I can do is just fill it with water first by hand with that little nozzle thing and then just start the cycle with more water in it already it's such a piece of crap

Worst experience ever

Geek Squad purposely installed the hot/cold water hoses on the third final washer incorrectly and I had to switch them out myself. The manager or employees must’ve been mad they had to make multiple trips for something that wasn’t my fault.

This thing cannot wash anything without sounding uneven. I have nothing but sheets in there now and it has stopped and started at least 6 times. It’s been beeping for over an hour. I don’t know why they make it so big because it won’t wash a big load. Sounds like it’s struggling with every twist. If you want to add more water it changes the cycle to Deep Wash. I hate this washer.

Terrible Machine - Do Not Buy

No agitator and was told, "Agitators are for old people". Well, let me tell you...it did not clean my clothes well at all and dirt was still left on them. Barely any water

You have put on deep fill and it only actually washes clothes for a few minutes. I am used to having an agitator and I will be returning. This does not wash your clothing well. And the awful sound everytime it finishes washing
