Thus far, am happy with all the features and capabilities it offers. However, it is too soon to say how long it will last, because at the end of the day, despite the features, what a homeowner and user really needs is reliability and durability more than anything else. But so far, so good.

Better than expected

The two best features are the top loading large size drum with impeller and how quiet the machine operates. I'm a big fan. I can't speak to the "Smart" app functions as I prefer not to be connected to my washing machine. I did not receive an owners manual to assist with setup but I was able to find it online.
