I loooove this washing machine. First we purchased simply because of the built in sink since we don’t have a sink area on our laundry room. But I’ve fell in love with it for so many reasons. It’s silent, it leaves the clothes super clean (we have a really messy 2yr old), it’s gentle on delicates and it can fit TONS of stuff! We’ve reduced our weekly loads from 8-9 to 4!! It has many many settings for everything under the sun but it’s very user friendly. We simply love it and it’s perfect for our family of 5! PS We wanted to splurge on this machine so we paired it with a more affordable gas dryer from the same brand that has similar features to it’s matching dryer.

Quite and attractive for washing machine. Efficient and great at handling a large load. Impressed at this point. My first Samsung washer and pleasantly surprised how much I love it.

Great size for larger loads. King size bed comforter fits with no problem. Trouble free and simple to use. Love it.

Wow!!! This machine came out in 2016 or 2017, and it’s the BEST purchase I made in 2020. I have hunted this washer for so long and finally found it as an open box, the best price. Whoever returned it was CRAZY!! I love the large capacity it gives and washing California king size comforter explained it all. I love the digital screen and the sink to spot clean. Thank you Samsung well done.

This has the "sink" option in the top which is very convenient. It is energy efficient and has great features for the price. Highly recommended.

Straight to the point. The Samsung washing machine is great because the washing capacity is fulfilling, the noise it makes is minimal, and it even has a baby tray to scrub out stains during per wash if you would like. The multiple options for a wash cycle are great also. It is pricey, but worth it.

Our last washer was extremely loud. This one is beyond quiet, especially during the spin cycle. No more worrying about the washer “walking” from an uneven load. Very happy with this purchase.

We love this washer, it’s super quiet and has many different cycles. It has a lot of electronics so we went with the 5 year warranty.

Perfect Size Washer For Anyone To Use! Great Color and Great Looks!

Having just moved into our new home, I purchased this washer and have fallen in love with it. The many different cycles it has. It’s a really good buy!

If I could give this a 0 review I would. Bought this machine in 2019 and unfortunately did not buy the geek squad warranty. I thought a 1 year manufacturer warranty would be fine since it was Samsung. First 6 months there was a metal piece that snapped in the motor. Repair guy said he never seen that before. Samsung paid. 3 months after machine wouldn’t spin. Samsung stated not their issue anymore since the warranty expired. I said it has only been 9 months, they said warranty is from the date they manufactured the machine not when purchased. Who does that??? Wife had to pay to schedule a repair man and turned out to be the gear this time which is made of plastic. This is a huge drum so that is pretty cheap engineering. After several calls Samsung paid for the repair minus the service call fee I had to pre pay. After 18 months the machine had a sewer smell coming from the discharge and a mold smell from the drum. Plumber said run bleach in the drum directly and also found the bottom plate comes off. It was completely disgusting under that plate and had to scrub it down. The plate still has gunk in between the 2 plates since those do not come apart to clean. Hopefully a few more self clean cycles will help it. If not will need a new plate. Will have to clean it this way once a month on top of the self clean the machine is supposed to be taking care of. Will never buy a Samsung again.

I switched back from a front loader because I wanted a larger capacity. I joke that not only can I easily wash a queen-size comforter, but I might just be able to fit the mattress in there, too! The water level rises as needed, so it fills depending on how much you have in the washer. Reviewers mentioned the tub is deep and it's hard to reach the bottom. I'm 5'3" and yes, I have to stretch a little to reach that last sock. If you want a big wash basin, then that's the price you pay. It doesn't take away from my rating at all. Oddly enough, the washer itself doesn't look big until you open it and look/reach in. Both units look average in size on the outside. I don't think it's a super quiet machine, but that also doesn't bother me. My clothes seem much cleaner than when I had the front loader, and there is no soap residue. The set looks really nice. I absolutely love the black. I haven't used the soaking sink yet, so I can't comment on that. I've used the washer dozens of times and haven't had a single issue. I was worried about purchasing this brand, as well. I'm totally over that. I love this washer and highly recommend it. ZERO complaints.

Purchased this washer primarily because it was on clearance and was actually cheaper than the most basic washer that Best Buy carried. Also purchased the 5 year Geek Squad warranty since I saved so much money and because it is a Samsung and didn't want to chance an expensive repair. Washer works great so far and is very quiet, even on the spin cycle I can barely hear it and it is very smooth. It has multiple settings and you can make many adjustments to wash time, temperature, spin speed, pre soaking, and much more. It is very easy to use. The pre wash tray that is built into the lid works fine but is something I will never use. I would remove it but not sure how and don't want to void warranty. The lid is plexiglass but since that pre wash tray won't come out and it is part of the kids, you can't even see inside the actual washer, so the plexiglass is useless. Also, like many people have noted, the lid will fall onto your head unless you very carefully open it all the way and don't bump it or breathe on it. It's annoying on a washer with an original MSRP of over $1000. The tub is stainless steel, agitatorless, and huge. It has tremendous capacity and will handle comforters with ease. It is very deep and I have to really bend and reach to touch the very bottom of it (I am 5'8'). It also had a self cleaning mode that you run every 20 cycles or so and actually works quite well. Overall I really like the washer, especially for the price (was around $372). We use it literally everyday and so far it has performed very well.
