We love our new Samsung Washing machine. It has a very large capacity, it is quiet to operate and does a good job getting the clothes clean.

I’m in love with the sink, and the huge capacity. It’s saved several garments already by giving an easy access place to pre treat. It’s not quite deep enough for hand washing more than 1 garment at a time, but for those with no sink in their laundry room it’s really convenient to rinse or pre treat spills on clothing. I have 2 kids, and one is potty training, and we use the feature almost daily. Also, I’m never going back to a front loader after using this top loader. I’ve never had a load come out less than fresh and it’s so much easier to load & unload.

Purchased August 2017 in less than a year we started seeing small "brownish" stains on some of our wash. Didn't think much about it, followed direction doing clean cycle and moved on. Another week or so the brown stains came back and we went through the same procedure again. After a third time I started doing some research on the web and found "SOLUTION" actually the problem. It's not stains it was MOLD from inside the machine. I called Samsung and they sent a tech out to look at our unit the repair technician opened unit and we saw where the mold / stain coming from. It was the agitator at bottom a 2 piece unit and that is where I believe the flaw is. Water gets trapped between the pieces and mold forms, when you do "cleaning" cycle it may kill the mold which than comes out in the wash on your clothing. You will never get rid of it all unless you change the agitator unit. My experience has been very bad with the machine, but to Samsung credit they are taking care of it for us.

I purchased this machine along with its matching dryer after comparing several other brands and models. This machine is very quiet and it looks terrific. It fits perfectly in the laundry room and does a great job washing our laundry

The activewash soaking sink does come in handy for us as our washroom does not have a sink area. I can soak small items and scrub stains before dropping items into the wash. Very nice interior and very large capacity. Works well.

This washer has many great features, it is extremely spacious and it is very quiet. There is also a tray to pre soak and wash which comes handy. Easy to follow wash selections, the display and buttons are bright and nicely designed. Looks great in our laundry room.

My Husband and I were considering buying a front load washer for the longest time, but after stumbling across this gem at a great price we quickly reconsidered. This particular top load was a great find! Not only is the washer modern and sleek looking, it's packed with functions. 5.2 Cu. Ft. seems huge with this model! The rinsing bay located in the lid has proven to be one of its nicest features we use regularly.

We were skeptical at first about buying a top load washer without the agitator. It seemed like every washer had a bunch of bad reviews about the clothes not coming clean. Then the best buy employ explained the issue and it all made sense. DONT OVER FILL YOUR WASHER. Without the agitator taking up space it is very easy to put a ton of clothes in. That being said, if you put in too much they don't have enough room to get clean. We love the product. It's sleek and sexy and gets the job done.

I can't get my white clothes really white. I can't seem to get the stains out. I'm working with different settings and products, hoping this will work. If not, I don't know what to do. Other than that I LOVE this washer

Easy to use washer and dryer. They do a great job on your clothes. Very happy with the purchase. Also, quiet.

Had this for a couple of weeks and it works well. A lot of cycles to choose from and seems to clean well. Have not used the wash bin yet so I don't know much about it. The lid with the wash bin seems heavy and the balance of the lid when open seems to lean forward and will fall forward if your not careful. All in all, very good machine with a lot of cycles and cleans well.

We love this washer! My wife can wash 3x the clothes she could with our previous washer. The basin feature is fantastic. I used it immediately, thanks to a messy toddler. Highly recommend!

This washer is pure luxury! There are cycles for every type of loads big or small. Love that there is no agitator! Almost soundless. Don't let the super size drum intimidate you. It's great to wash super big loads. Goodbye going to laundromats for my big blankets & bedspreads. I use a grabber to get the clothes out cuz the drum is nice and deep! I definitely spend less time washing. This model is gorgeous! Love it Love it Love it!!!

We went back and forth on buying one of Samsung's top-load or front-load washers for a while but we ultimately chose this and love it! We felt it's a bit bigger than the front-load washers and the low-maintenance is a plus! It also looks great in the black stainless steel. It's super quiet too. We haven't found much use for the built in sink just yet but its a great additional benefit for those who might need it.

Unlike the Samsung dryer that is paired with this washer, the washer is fantastic. It has great features that are ALL adjustable to make a custom load possible if needed. It has quiet operation and seems to do a very good job of cleaning the laundry for an agitatorless washer. Samsung did it right with this model. I have not used the sink feature yet, but it is nice to have it for those times when working in the yard will make is useful.

Very satisfied with the washer. Have found it to be very efficient and somewhat quieter than I thought it would be. Would have gave it 5 stars but found the drum, although extremely roomy and can hold a very large amount of laundry, it is also very deep and for people who are short like my family, tends to be a little problematic, so beware of that before you buy.

I love this washer! Very huge capacity. However, I'm 5'1 with short arms, it's challenging to reach to the bottom of this. I had seen the reviews stating this, I don't really mind, because it can fit so much at one time and cleans very well! It cuts back on the amount of loads I have to do with my 5 person house load. I'm very happy with this purchase! I just use a step stool and I'm good to go lol

Picked this out for our daughter and she love's lt stated that she get's her wash done in half the time because the drum is so big and can get so much more in it.

Its great for big loads and easy to use. My clothes come out great everytime!

This washer has worked amazing so far! The wash board for heavy soiled clothes works great, and the washer itself works great and is very quiet when running!
