I'm not much for reviews but basically want to share how much I personally enjoy the "pre soak" feature of this washer. I have noticed that this feature has made it easier on soaking in our athletic wear so it doesn't have that bad odor otherwise. My clothes definitely smell much cleaner now!

Overall, the washing itself is great and would give 5 stars there. Problems I encountered were the Lid and Unbalanced. As many have mentioned, the lid does not stay up. When you lean in to get stuff out it falls on you; very annoying. Almost a year and 3 months in (conveniently out of warranty) I am having problems with unbalanced loads and will likely need a service call to fix (at my expense). I have had other washing machines for 7-10 years with no issues. This one does not seem to be hitting that mark.

Finally upgraded to a new machine - this one is super quiet and huge - you can fit giant blankets and comforters in it. Seems versatile - I am liking it so far

This was a great buy I got on the 18months0 interest financing program . My wife loves the the wash sink and uses it for her delicate/hand washes. This is the newer version which has a lot harder plastic for the sink.. we got this deal because it was much cheaper than homedepot.

I did research on washers and dryers after purchasing a house and this washer fit all the criteria. Quiet, Cleans fantastic, easy to use and the sink is practical.

I really like this washer! It's big enough to get all my kids clothes done or a comforter and I love that I can save my favorite setting! It's easy when you're in a rush!

I have used this washer for the past 3 months and so far it has been a great buy. If your looking at something that’ll offer the latest upgrade in terms of washer options I believe this is your best bet with consideration of the price. I must mentioned that I did buy this product when it was on special of course. I also got the insurance as it never hurts to protect this critical purchase/investment. As essential with this sort of washer you must buy the correct detergent (HE - High Efficiency detergent) otherwise you’ll run into problems. Very happy with this purchase.

Had a Samsung washer before and was very pleased with it. This one has a ton of features and after the first week I can say it does a wonderful job with the wash!

This washer looks really nice and is really quiet and does a good job at washing but I bought this washer specifically for its ability to handle large loads like a large blanket but when washing large blankets even if you put it on the bedding setting it always gets the unbalanced message and we have to re spread out the clothes the blanket out and then the washer has to add more water to try to rebalance and it can make for a long process of just trying to wash a blanket.

I would highly recommend this product to anybody that’s in the market for a new washer and dryer. They look what and have a few cool settings that others don’t have like quick dry and quick wash witch will take half the time to wash or dry if you’re in a hurry.

Greatest washer ever!! And the room in the tub is a bonus size easy to operate so quiet can't even here it running...

We love this washer. It doesn't suffer the same grunge and gunk issues that most front loaders suffer and that is a good thing. NOTE: this is a big/deep washer so be prepared to reach in to get stuff from the bottom. It's a bit deeper than we needed but the price and rebates were just too good to pass up. We bought the matching dryer too. So far all is good, nothing broken or failed which is counter to what we read on some of the reviews. As is with most consumer products, if it's going to fail it will early on or it won't for a long while. We are hoping for the latter.

This washer is huge! Washes great. Different settings for bedding helps to get comforters clean! If you are on the shorter side, you may need a stool.

I can wash an entire week of clothes with the huge space. Clothes dont get damaged because there is no central agitator in this model.

Great top load washer. I love the look and design of this washer. Plus I love that it's big enough you can wash anything in this washer! It's very quiet too.

I’m literally in love with this washer. I love to prewash my clothes before putting it in the wash so this is perfect for me. I also super appreciate how I can put giant comforters in the bin with ease and they come out smelling great with no soap or extra water still left on it. I got the matching set and it looks awesome in my laundry room. Samsung is the best!

This washer capacity and efficiency is amazing and it’s extremely quiet. I have a large laundry room and this washer makes the space even smaller

Allows for large loads and ease of use. Only complaint is with large loads the tub can become unbalanced easy and requires some shifting of the load.

I am thrilled with this washer. It is quiet, has a large capacity, and is really easy to use. Love it!
