So far after a few months this has been a solid washer. My clothes do seem to get cleaner. I used to wash one load of workout clothes and one load of regular clothes every week. Now they all fit in one load with space to spare. The only issue I've had so far is when washing bedding, sometimes the machine has become unbalanced and just stops with the error code. Hard to get it going again once that happens.

This washer gets the job done...not sure what makes it so special reg priced at 900 big ones but its worked for me for the last week or so no problems thus far...its got alot of room and i can hardly touch the bottom at 5 8 thats kinda crazy!! But it gets my clothes clean downside, iv had to run the spin cycle 2x to get the clothes to be not as heavy and wet.

I did not want to replace a 3 yr old washer but this almost makes it worth it. The capacity is amazing and it really cleans well. I have been able to adjust to the new setting options with no issues. We have not used the upper tub yet but it is not in the way. The only problem is that the tub is too deep for some of my children to reach the bottom!

I really like the options Samsung equipped this washer with. They are easy to read and adaptable to every kind of load I throw at it. It also has an easy to read panel and there’s nothing that this washer won’t throughly leave clean. I’m confident I won’t be itching because of residue detergent from a cycle, and it’s quiet. I had another Samsung prior that only broke because someone in my household insisted on using the non-HE laundry detergent so I was sad because that other washer had a touch screen panel and this one has button presses. In my opinion I hate buttons when I could just have a touch panel, so that feels like a step back. Anyway, all the competitors use the same panel setup so I guess it is just standard. Samsung has earned my trust with other products that work well, and this washer doesn’t skip on that expectation of reliability so it’s good.

I've had it for approx 3 weeks and I love it. It so much bigger than my old front load washer and the ease of understanding...just great. However, I do agree with a lot of other reviews about the spin cycle. I noticed the clothes comes out more damp than with my old washer (and that one was 12 yrs old). Not soaked just a tad bit more damp than usual. And having to dry the clothes a little extra longer. But love the machine and all the various cycles to fot my washing needs. The built in sink helps so much, never thought I'd use it so much. An added feature but so helpful. All in all great no major downside. Hope the machine lasts as long as my old one.

Purchased this washer during the Black Friday sale. This is actually a step up from the washer we were planning to purchase from one of their competitors. Best Buy’s price was so much better than all of their competition that we were won over. Machine has far exceeded our expectations in features, quality and performance.

We reviewed many washers and dryers before we ultimately purchased this model. We wanted something with large capacity for our large family, and this sure delivered on that - but it has worked efficiently for smaller quick loads as well. Shorter people in our family have to work extra hard to reach to the bottom, but that's usually doable. We have loved the clean quality of our clothes, towels, and bedding in the time we've owned this. And it takes so little effort to get going - a few buttons and you're on your way. The variety of ways you can handle your laundry is impressive - methods I never knew could exist. And best of all, it's quiet. Of course there is some noise (it's a machine after all) but it is minimal. Once we close our laundry room door we barely hear it. This is a great buy!

It's very quiet and does a really good job getting your clothes clean. You can also set it to have different wash cycles with the quickest was time being 16 minutes (no spin). I usually do quick wash and it takes about 36 minutes for it to do a really big load. This bad boy can handle king size comforters without any problems and is really quiet. It does have a nice little song that plays when your clothes are done. My only issue is that it doesn't handle laundry pods in the drum and I had to do an extra rinse to clean out the pods. If you use liquid detergent, it works flawlessly. Also keep the lid open after doing a load so it doesn't start to stink or mold and be sure to use a laundry machine cleaner every so often to keep it running like new. My only real complaint is that this bad boy is deep. I'm 5'2 and have to balance on the side with my hips just to reach socks that are on the very bottom while my feet are dangling above the floor. I've nearly fallen into this colossal washer and am very thankful for the child lock that activates when it's running. Price wise, it was definitely worth it. I bought it on sale for $699 and it has been worth every penny.

We got the set on sale at Best Buy about 2 weeks ago and so far I love it! The washer is really easy to use, washes great, and it super quiet. It so big I wash all our king size bedding together.

Fairly quiet, can take a large load,, beautiful to look at. Only con is the machine is very deep and for anyone shorter than 5’8” or so you are going to have a hard time reaching the bottom. I’m 5’10” and can barely reach...I keep a pick up tool next to the machine.

We switched out our older model Samsung front loader for this new top load machine. With two active kids I needed more capacity without sacrificing the cleaning ability. This machine has met my needs. I can fit a lot more clothes in this washer and they still get clean. I really love the wash tub for stains and soaking items as we do not have a utility sink in our laundry area. The only down size is that at 5'6 I have to get on my tip toes to reach the bottom of the washer and sometimes bump my head on the wash tub. Ultimately, the extra capacity is worth it for me.

First the price was incredible. Setup was easy. The tub is huge. Settings are amazing. You don’t have a water setting because the machine weighs the load for you. Now you’re saving money. Quiet, versatile, and functional.

this washer is great. the size, color finish and overall look is what sold me. loved the above sink it has and the multi buttons for different washes. i would of gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for the lid of the washer. it is one the worst lids ever. just after 2 days i regretted purchasing this washer. once i open the lid to fill with clothes, it immediately closes. The smallest tap will have it fall on your head and not stay open. very annoying when filling and emptying the washer. i have to open it and gently hold it upright so it holds it self only to fall shortly after. other than that it is a good washer.

I love this washer. I can do larger loads and bulky items too. It is very efficient, quiet and easy to use.

I have a family of 4 and I always do big loads. This washer is able to handle big clothes and they come out clean. I have at it for a month now and have had no issues with sensors or uneven loads.

Endless cycle options & high efficiency, love the soak bin. While I like capability for large loads, I nearly fall in trying to get all of the laundry out (e.g. too deep for anyone under 5’5”).
