The drum is sooo big. Its a little harder for people 5'1 and under ( i am 5'1) but i can wash anything everything seems to fit amd it is super quiet cant hear it hardly at all

We purchased both the washer and dryer not even 6 months ago and we haven’t had a washer now for 3 weeks and geek squad has been here twice now to “fix” it even tried installing a brand new motor this morning with no luck. This will be now the third visit by them and 4th week with no washing machine!! The geek squad employee even told us Samsung washers and dryers are total crap and not to buy them! Best Buy will now be replacing our washing machine that is still basically brand new! I am totally disgusted with this entire experience. When you spend $2000 on a washer and dryer you would expect to get longer than 3 months use out of it.

I really enjoy the washer and how much room it has to hold all the clothes at one time. The only drawback is that it’s not made for short people. It’s so deep that sometimes I can’t reach some of th last clothes in there.

I love love love my new washer! Easy to use, I especially love the top basket you can pre wash and treat stains. You can retrieve water if you need to quickly rinse some off.

The drum is very large and there are a number of settings to choose from. Love the feature that it senses the size of the load and only fills with the amount of water needed to clean the clothes. Very quiet when running.

Purchase, delivery and set up went smoothly and timely. Handled very professionally. Function and operation of the washer are as expected. The size of the washer reduces the number of loads with very minimal extra wash time.

Having it delivered in December. Everything is truly worth it.

We wanted a large machine because Housekeeping have 5 bedrooms of linen and towels to wash on a changeover day! We particularly needed a quick wash. This machine has a quick wash and a speed wash. Very pleased with it.

I haven't had it super long but so far I love it. It is very quiet and I love the sink feature. Some people say the lid doesn't stay open well but I haven't had an issue.

We are loving this washer. It will wash a larger load than the from loader it replaced. And we have used the scrub tub a few times. We do not have a sink in our laundry room ,so this feature has been a handy option.

Wouldn't expect anything less from Samsung !! Love this set

My wife wanted a new washer. And boom I purchased this. Cleans excellently. Makes music when it's done. Very user and eco friendly. Ready to purchase the matching dryer this summer.

First time ever getting a washer with out the agitator and I was pleasantly surprised how much better it is. I also love the wash basin on top perfect for treating stains or hand washing delicates!

Like the washer for the most part but seems like I always have to wash loads on deep wash or there is never enough water in a load. The sink tray is not removable which is somewhat in the way when adding detergent and taking clothes out, it takes some getting used to. The black stainless looks very nice but it is definitely not totally finger print resistant. I have little kids and finger prints all over them. The melody that plays when done washing is way longer then it needs to be. Wish it had the option to turn that off but still keep the sound on when turning the machine on and for the buttons.

This washer has a variety of options for washing. We like the larger size for washing bedding and the choices for wash type that you want to use. If it gets unbalanced, it will try to rebalance on its own.

We live this washer. It works well with large loads (we have a family of 5). Haven’t had any issues with this. The pre soak tub is also a nice feature (we have 3 kids, ages 6, 8 and 12). Love it!

Love the large drum and the ability to do a quick wash.

This washer is completely worth the price that you pay.

Got this unit about 5 weeks ago and it has worked perfectly so far. Very quiet machine with tons of cycles to wash anything and everything. Great for dropping loads.
