Even though we knew it before we purchased as we saw a review and went to the Best Buy store to preview it, we now miss the top flat panel rather the slanted panel of this new washer. However, it is a great washer and very quiet. It has so many options and features that I hope to learn how to use all of them, but the manual is very good.

This washer is very quiet and has huge capacity. The lid is a little awkward because it sometimes closes on you while you’re trying to load clothes. It has several options for clothes types and wash cycles.

Had my doubts about washer without agitator. Workd great.

This washer looks like the future. With enough buttons to bring to mind a control panel of a cockpit, and an impressive size, this washer and it's companion dryer are great for someone with a large family and a large space for your laundry center. The machine cleans clothes beautifully, if you have the patience to set the multiple settings. It can also be linked to your smart phone. (great for the geeks who are doing the laundry.) I score it average because it is just about impossible for a blind user to operate.... Also, it is very plastic, overwhelming, and too dependent on it's computer to function simply as a washer. Later, looking up reviews, I found it has a bad record if it needs repairs. Samsung's web site was down when I attempted to register and link the washer to my smartphone. Yet, these seem to be selling very well. If you're into having the "latest and greatest," this may be thewasher/dryer set for you.

Handles a very large load and cleans them very well and is very quiet when running. Only drawback is the depth of the washer, must have very long arms to retrieve clean clothes or use a long reach tool.

I am really pleased with the dryer. It’s huge compared to the older one I had. Haven’t been able to hook up the steam yet since the dryer and washer are on separate walls and the Water goes way not reach that far but other than that it’s a great dryer.

Love my new washer. I can fits tons of clothes in it. It's easy to operate and more quiet than my last washer. I love that it automatically knows how much water to use based on how full the basin is.

This has to be hands down on of the best washers on the market. I use to have a front loader, which I hated, and switched to this. The drum is so deep that I really have to stretch to grab my socks lol. This is a VERY quite machine, I have to check to see if it is running some times. The pre-wash sink I didn't think i would use, but I find myself using it a lot. There are plenty of wash cycles and i can fit my bed comforter with ease, queen size. The black stainless is really cool looking and the blue lights are easy to read. DO not spend twice as much on a front loader when you can have a machine like this that works way better at half the price. Trust me, you will love it!

My washer is having a lot of suspension issues. I got the suspension replaced, and now I have the code 8c showing. My clothes do not seem to get clean enough for me. I have a hardworking husband in the oilfield. He is not as dirty due to his position, but he is dusty, and the washer isn’t working efficiently for me. Welcome to West Texas!

Love this washer. The capacity is great for my family, the features allow me to select the right program for my fabrics, and the machine operates quietly. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

So far, I love this washer. It's huge and the clothes come out really clean, far superior to my old machine. When it runs it's so quiet you can barely hear it. Definitely recommended

I had to purchase this unit due to my 14 month old whirlpool unit burned out a board and whirlpool couldn’t supply a replacement board after a month without a washing machine this was the only one in stock on best buy available for immediate delivery so I bought it. It was delivered with a large dent on the side which after much negotiation BB graciously gave me $240 off. But it washes clothes has a large capacity tub and no agitator in the center. After a month without one I would have given 5 stars to a washboard, a rock and a creek.

Quiet. Washes thoroughly. Love the built in basin for delicate hand wash item or for spot treating. King size bedding fits nicely and washes well.

Bought this washer in June of 2017. Bought the matching dryer as well. Washing machine's basic functions work ok. Has MAJOR issue with going unbalanced and producing a unbalanced error. This is been happening since day one. It especially happen when you use the " bedding function". Just does not work. We can put one comforter in or blanket that fills up the drum by 1/4 and by no means is overfilling the drum. You start the load and it will start this sequence of stopping with an error, refilling, and starting again. It goes on for hours. We have noticed a significant increase in water bill. I contacted Samsung the day before my warranty expires begging for help. They initially told me the manufacture date said the warranty indicated it has expired. I produced a receipt to prove I was still under warranty and they agree to come fix. First company that came out said that all was normal with washer and it was basically a piece of junk and will likely a piece of junk. He did some adjustments prior to leaving. A day later it came again. I called to complain. They told me it was now OUT of warranty. I pushed and they agreed to send somebody else out as a " one time" accomodation., The new company came out- told me the same thing. It's a known issue- just going to keep happening and it's a design flaw with this top load washed. He replace the dampers in a last ditch effort but is still happening. I called Samsung back and asked for executive customer care. They lady I eventually got to was reading from a script. She basically said it's now out of warranty. We are stuck with a very expensive washer that does not work as advertised. We bought this washer for it's bedding function. Samsung does not stand behind their products. We will NEVER buy another Samsung product.

I’ve got nothing but love for this washer. It’s HUGE, beautiful,?pretty quiet and did I mention HUGE? I couldn’t be happier. If I had to complaint,l and I’m not because this is so very minor. It’s the fact the rubber legs grip the floor so darn well. It pretty much serves as a double edge sword. On the one hand, it sucks to push back in place. On the other, I know it’s not going anywhere once I put it where it needs to be. So there you have it. Go on and get yourself one or the pair and save some dough as they tend to have that special going on when you buy the combo deal.

Washing machine drum is enormous. Fits a king size comforter with plenty of room to spare. VERY quiet while the cycle is running. Almost forget that the machine is running. Love that there isn't a piece in the middle of the drum. Means less likely to snag or rip items in the machine.

This is a great product. It is nearly perfect. Cleans very well and has tons of options. Only issues we have found is that you must have Long arms to reach the bottom of the drum and the pre-wash bowl will hit you in the head from time to time while unloading the machine.

I’ve had this washer for about a month and can’t say I have any problems or complaints thus far. I like the load size and how fast it can get my laundry done. I never felt like my clothes really got clean with my old set up but having this new washer puts my mind at ease.

We bought this for hookup in a finished basement. We were outside of installation area so had to move it ourselves, but the packaging was good and the washer was easy to move. Instructions about how to level the device are a bit lacking as they don't explain how to deal with the fact that only 3 feet adjust, but we worked it out easily. Overall, the machine works well while remaining quiet. The price was great as well.

My first washer that I purchased myself and could not be happier! It looks great, has ample space, very quiet, and cleans amazing!
