I have to use my step ladder just to remove my clothes. Also, it leaves lent on all of your clothes. I should have stayed with a front load washer machine!

I asked your Geeks Dept for answer and I am waiting patiently!!! Four days & counting! I cannot use it YET!

It also seems to tangle clothes up no matter what you do. And finally, it also keeps water in the machine outside the drum, so I’m having Geek Squad come out.

Hard to reach bottom of Tub

I have to use a device to help scoop up the clothes. I've also noticed that my whites still have dirt marks on them so I don't know if its the washer or I need to add more clorox.
