    I must be out of my mind. That or everyone here is out of theirs, bc this washer is god awful. We’ve had it since we moved into our new house, got it brand new. This piece of junk *cannot* handle any bedding whatsoever. If I see the letters “Ub” one more time, and the incessant beeping, you *will* have nightmares that involve the beeping bc you’ll set wash to go at night, and it will beep…all. night. long. because it’s unbalanced, even though I put every piece of clothing in there meticulously as to not upset it’s delicate balance…but it won’t ever be enough. It will just beep, and beep, and beep, and say Ub till the end of time. I will, without a doubt, go Office Space on this tin can before the week is out (it’s currently Sunday at 11:47 AM), stay tuned.

    Broke down exactly 5 months from purchase date

    Do not buy. Control relay for water inlet valve went out at the 5 month market. Wife had purchased GeekSquad protection (I admittedly never do the protection plans), so seemed all would be good. Nope. Particular defect flagged by manufacturer, so had to rely on approved repair service. 3 days after initial call to Samsung, repair guy finally came out. Sorry, have to order a part. Gonna be another 4-5 days. Clearly this is a known issue and likely should have led to a recall. Furthermore, authorized service dealer clearly aware of the problem & should have been prepared to repair same day. And finally, GeekSquad protection essentially worthless and clearly a waste of money. Just a horrible experience all around.

    Washing machine has CONSTANT errors

    Our last Samsung washer was recalled, thankfully because we would get error codes and troubleshooting wouldn't fix, could only finish wash cycle by pour in buckets of water manually. Now the replacement, a new model, not the same, which we've had under a year, has had THE SAME ERROR CODES. And now some new ones!! AND now the moisture is leaking out the lid which is what the last one was recalled for, the SAME things are happening. Contacting Samsung help has been useless, they just tell me what the error codes means which I already know! Do NOT buy a samsung washer!!

    Malfunction in less than 24 hours!

    Just delivered yesterday morning. The Dryer had 2 dents on the side so they will credit me $80 since. The tech let it run empty first cycle. My wife washed a second cycle last night. This morning i loaded and setting on Dark. After about 15-20 the thing stopped spinning. The drum just moved slightly back and forth for over 15 minutes. I set it to spin and it worked for the 14 minutes. I restarted it on Normal wash and it's acting up again. Called Geek Squad and was on the phone mostly on hold for 30 minutes. They will be sending a replacement on Monday. Keeping this a 1 star until we see if the replacement works normal and this was just a lemon.

    Horrible Machine

    we had our old LG washer for almost 10 years and it was time for a new one. We decided on this machine because we loved all our other Samsung electronics.... but we were SO disappointed!!!! 1st it uses a lot of water! 2nd steam cycle is over 2 hours long And worst of all we have only had it for close to a year and it already broke down and we will need to buy a new one!! What a waste of money... stay away do not buy this machine!!!!!!!!!!!

    I hate this washer

    I purchased this washer and dryer set excited about not having the agitator. 1.Well if I have more than two pairs of pants/ Jeans/leggings/long sleeve shirts they twist and tangle together. 2.It doesn’t fill with enough water. I know it’s supposed to measure it out by the weight of clothes but it’s still not enough. 3.Sometimes I have to rewash clothes because they still smell dirty. 4.Forget washing a comforter it can’t move to wash correctly. 5.My sister and I were complaining about our washers and how we have to trick it to adding more water and found out we have the same one!! So save your money!

    Computer goes out

    A little over 1 year old and the computer in my washer is malfunctioning. The machine programs as normal you push the button and nothing! I went online and this seems to happen often. Luckily I have an extended warranty! Or I would be out of luck! I'm single and only do laundry for one person. This is the first washer I've ever had that broke like this! FYI be ware that bestbuy is providing warranties through another company if you have Pacific sales in your bestbuy! I'm not happy about this either.

    DO NOT BUY!!!! The Control Board failed and you can not buy a replacement part! The service man said to buy a New Washer (Speed Queen) not sure if I will buy one but my washer is only two years old!!! Never again! This is my second Samsung Washer in 5 years! Think I will buy a LG!

    starting to rust

    It is an ok machine - at times hard to get the last sock because it is very deep. The big problem is the machine is starting to rust. The warranty does not cover cosmetic rust issues. I am hoping it will get recalled so I can get a replacement.
