This washer has a large load capability that cuts laundry time way down. You can customize each wash load according to size, temperature and time. Love the steam basket feature as well. Very happy with this purchase, as well as the matching dryer.

This wash basin is HUGE, so much so that if I do a full load in it they all don't fit in the old dryer. I will have to get the matching sized dryer next. Love the little jet sink option. The spot for soap is a little awkward but I deal with it.

Been a week or 2. Love this so far. It can handle double what I use to put in my Frontloader. Be careful with the soap dispenser, must be shut before you close lid.

best buy service techs were great! the activewash samsung has a huge bin and does a great job cleaning. also, it is so much quieter than my previous washer. i highly recommend!

It is a great product and has massive capacity. If you want to upgrade to something more modern and sleek, definitely recommend. Large capacity so it is rough to get things out of the washer if you are average size person.

So far so good no complaints at this time it has been everything I've expected and more clothes have less wear and tear by not getting twisted by the old agitator,I love the larger capacity and I can wash more with less loads.

I bought this washer and its companion gas drier after doing a lot of research. Its the biggest machine I could get into my narrow hallway to the basement. Due to the size issues with my home, i could not buy a front loader. This thing is like a front loader on its side. their is not big bulky agitator so my clothes will not be ruined after a few washes, and its very efficient from a power and water perspective. We are very happy with this purchase.

I have now owned my washer for six months and I love all the settings it has along with its sleek modern look. I am 5’2 so the one issue I do have is reaching the bottom of my washer. But fits my king size bedding perfectly!

We have twins so the top washer bin was the motivating factor to buying this washer. I just wish we could have the ability to soak and then do loads of laundry at the same time but you cant cause once you open the top the laundry in the tub falls into the washer. overall great purchase.

Absolutely love this washer. Replaced our front loader with this and it holds a ton, runs super quietly, and cleans very well.

I purchased this washer months ago as an open box model and couldn't be happier! I have yet to find any flaws and it looks brand new. I love that it's large enough to handle many items, or large heavy comforters, and the sanitizing feature is especially useful during the pandemic. The pre-soak bin also comes in very handy. It's extremely easy to use, does it's job wonderfully & quietly, and has every feature anyone could ever need. I would definitely recommend this washer.

I gave it 4 stars only because I only had it for about 6 weeks . I am happy with my washer because there is no drum in the middle which means I can wash my big king size comforters and not need to worry about going to the laundry mat.

Love it it’s very convenient I actually got it and my cousin got the same one also it’s pretty big I have 3 kids and do laundry once a week and it doesn’t take allllll day.when I have two or three bags of laundry

It has a deep washer but if u are short or have short arms. it’s gonna be hard to reach the bottom of the bucket. There’s different settings and options to wash. It works great and I would buy it again. It looks really nice too!

It has all the bells and whistles. My only problem with it is it is too deep. I am six foot and I have to stand on my toes to get the cloths out of the bottom. This is probably my fault for wanting a large capacity washer.

We used to have the Samsung - 5.0 Cu. Ft. 13-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer before it was recalled. We do love the size of the Samsung - 5.2 Cu. Ft. Activewash 13-Cycle HE TL Washer with Steam. Also, having the Activewash sink helps a lot.

After much research and watching videos on washing machines I decided that a top loader would be best. This unit does not let me down. The people who hooked it up was very professional. The machine is simple to use, does a heck of a job on cleaning my clothes, and looks sharp. I wish I could had gotten the stainless one but there was a place that had the white one on sale and Best buy priced match not a problem. (it was a week or two after I had bought them to boot) so keep that in mind when your buying this unit. Great unit the steam is a sweet add-on too

I love this washer! It holds a large load of laundry and cleans very well. I've washed towels using the steam setting and they came out so clean! I've also used the soaking bowl which is very convenient. I've had this washer for several months and really like it so far!

My only suggestion would be to add an option for smaller loads. Reading the instructions it says to add towels to smaller loads to fill up the washer. Everything else is great. I love I can wash king size covers and sanitize my clothes as well.

upgrade from a Whirpool Duet set up. Wife wanted a top loader again. 2 kids and 2 large dogs. This is a deep washer, so if you are short, you may need a stool. Wife is 5'3" and barely reaches bottom. So far, they have been great
