Ordered this online during COVID pandemic, BB delivered and set it up nicely. It is nice and huge. Wish it is not so deep, hard to reach bottom to take out everything for short arms.

Had to buy a new Samsung washer since our older one was recalled. It works great for now but you have to make sure not to fill the loads too full or the spin cycle tends to offset.

I love the sink that this washer has. Great, it is easy to use. Operating this washer is very simple and very quiet. I don't know when it is washing. My best purchase i ever made in a washer machine. I love it.

Easy to use, lots of options, Steam function and prewash tub are great options... only downside the inside it is pretty deep, it’s a long stretch down into the washer for those pesky socks that hit the bottom.

I like the washer - many features but I pretty much use normal; it’s quiet and can handle A LOT of laundry. My only complaint is that I can’t reach the bottom of the washer - even using a footstool. I am 5’4” not sure what they were thinking having it be so deep. If not for that, I’d give 5 stars.

We love this washing machine, even my 15 and 21 year old sons can use if without any questions. The only drawback is my wife is 5'02" and she cannot get items out without stool. Very user friendly.

Great cycles. Very deep tub. A person under 5'6'' will have trouble getting the last sock at the bottom of it. But not big deal. Super quiet functioning cycles. Get it on sale and you'll get great value.

We bought a set and this washer is amazing. It had an extra large capacity no post on the middle. It even has a self cleaning option. The only down side is that you may need a stool to reach the bottom.

This product is fantastic. It has worked great and is super easy to use. It’s a little bigger than expected so make sure to double check your measurements but otherwise, would highly recommend.

We purchased this washer to replace our broken washer. This is the first time we have splurged and bought and expensive washer, and man is there a difference. This washer is amazing! The different wash cycles are great. And the stain bowl is perfect for doing just that...treating stains. It is also very quiet and cleans great. We were originally skeptical of the ability to clean without the agitator, but it does just as good or better. I would recommend this washer to anyone looking to replace or upgrade.

Large capacity, quiet washer, easy to use. Love all the pre set washes and how you can change water temp, rinse speed and soil level of each load.

Washer can fit large loads, we have a California king and the sheets with duvet fit perfectly. The activewash is great for undergarments or getting a stain removed. Overall great washer

This washing machine has been working great. The tub is huge. Im 5'3'' talk and i have to use a small step to reach the bottom of the tub. Can wash my comforters with no issues.
