When we received our washer we realized it had an additional function we didn’t know of when we bought it! It has a built in sink for soaking and hand washing! It’s so easy to use and hods a lot!

I use way less soap and the clothes come out cleaner than with my old top load Maytag centennial. The machine is super quiet when the sounds are disabled and with the sounds it has a lovely chime that is delightful. The cycles are super handy especially the steam/sanitize I use in on bed linens and towels and they come out without any odours. I would recommend this to a lot of people and will continue. I have had this for about over 3 months now and nothing is wrong with it so far. The wash tub is great for pretreating and presoaking garments.

Replaced my 8 year old whirlpool. LOVE this machine especially the end cycle music and HUGE TUb! I can wash what is equal to 4 loads on my old machine! No more stacks of laundry everywhere!!!

I couldn't believe how quiet this washer is. With the exception of the spin cycle (can't really COMPLETELY quiet that down), the loudest sound that comes out of this is the water trickling into it. I absolutely love all the different settings, and the huge capacity of the washer. I'm very happy with my purchase, even considering it was a "blind" purchase, due to Best Buy not having this model on the floor to look at.

Have been using it for a weeks! Easy installation and easy to use! Definitely a big washer for those that are looking for washing big loads! Also if you are short you might need a stool to reach.

I love this washing machine!! The clothes come out clean, and it's quiet. The only downside to it is; you can't open the door to add something, after the cycle starts - And if you're not tall, or you don't have long arms, you'll never be able to reach the bottom of the tub to get your clothes out, after the cycle is over! NOT FOR SHORT PEOPLE!

The washer's large capacity & efficient wash cycles allows laundry time to be cut in have. Easy set up & user friendly wash setting justified the cost which was reasonable.

This washing machine is gorgeous. It’s easy to use and powerful. We’re glad we bought it. We of course use it all the time. It’s holding up great and it’s a energy saver!

I purchased it with the matching dryer. The set looks good. Works well. The only problem is that it doesn’t spin when load is small...I need to either change program or rearrange/reposition clothes in the washer.

Overall great washer, however the large capacity makes this thing taller than usual. Not my wife or I can get to the bottom easily to remove all the clothes.

Some cycles take a little longer than I am used to. But the washer is great and the clothes come out very clean. I also love the steam and sanitize cycle. It was a good purchase

2 years later and still working great just as if it was brand new

This washer cleans great but if you ever had a front loader this wash or any top loader is not for you just because its able to hold more does not mean it will run it will throw a unbalanced code

Bought mine right after my house was rebuilt from the Tubbs Fire. The bleach tray has rusted and chipped away the machine. Doesn't wash blankets alone without throwing a code. Now it needs a service because its making wierd noises. My old machine was built to last, this one is extremely disappointing.

Good size and works well. If you are short it is a little hard to reach the clothes. The sink isn’t something I use. The size is great for washing bedding.

Great washing machine! Love not having an agitator in a top loader. Huge drum! Super quite and water efficient. Love have the the basin to soak items in. Love this machine!

This is a very nice unit so far. Easy to install by myself. Huge capacity. Other than the chiming sounds, very quiet. Seems to clean well so far. Detergent and Fabric Softener dispenser trays are a bit difficult to fill in that this unit has the soaking sink that makes it harder to fill the dispensers unless you use a small cup or cap to fill them. It is quite deep, so shorter people may need a step-stool to get to all the clothes.

There's not really a whole lot of extra insight I could provide that isn't in the description. It's a big top-loading washing machine (keep that in mind if you're short) that delivers on its features / advertisement. The built-in sink is handy if you prewash or soak and the steam cleaning option does work. I think Samsung washing machines have developed a bad reputation when the extra features don't hold up over time, but being a top loader it feels like that is one less thing susceptible to breaking.

Great machine for a family. Handles heavy loads without a problem, doesn’t get stuck with balance issues. Time is accurate. Kids love the song it plays when the load is done. Absolutey buy this one
