Very impressed with this washer! It's quiet and works well with all types of laundry and stains. The drum is big so it's easy to wash a comforter and not worry about overflowing or something. I definitely recommend it. The interface is easy to use and understand. I love all the settings so you can really personalize your wash for what you need.

They are kinda hard to use but as soon as you use them couple of times you get the hang of them. They are really big can get a huge load

Beautiful washer and dryer set. Runs wonderfully and is very quiet. I love the little jingle it plays to let me know the cycle is complete. All of my clothes have come out clean so it works well. I was unsure of getting a washer without an agitator but I decided to go for it and I absolutely love it. No complaints so far!

So far it works great. It can hold a ton of stuff. In fact if you are short or have short arms, it may be a problem because the bin is so deep.

We bought this washing a little over a month ago and love it. So many setting to wash everything you need. The washboard tray is a great feature of wouldn’t of ever thought of. We have 8 month old twins, so clothes can get messy with food stains. We just spray them and put water in the tray. After a few scrubs, the food stain is typically gone. The only con we have isn’t a con for us but it could be for some. The drum is very deep so somebody no 5’7” or taller may have a problem reaching the bottom to get clothes out. Overall, I highly recommend this washing machine.

Purchased online. Delivery was within 3 days. Delivery personnel were professional and courteous. This is the best washer I’ve ever owned. Low water consumption. And very quiet during wash.

I have only had this machine a short time, so far it is working great. This is my first Samsung washing machine so time will tell. Have had other Samsung products and have had good results.

Large capacity is great except that it is so deep sometimes I'm on my toes and half way in the washer to get the clothes out

This washer was bought when our old one finally gave out. Numerous features, but not so many that your eyes start glazing over. The features are all very well explained, with accompanying how-to's and online research will also net you answers. Surprisingly quiet, roomy, and flashy looking. Overall, a great washer that will get the job done.

Simple to use, just need to make sure that the water pressure valve is fully opened so that a 4C "low water pressure" error doesn't occur.

Love this washing machine. Not a fan of front loaders so I got this one. Great features and makes the clothes clean and soft.
