I wanted big and I got big. this is one big drum and it cleans awesome amount of clothes. Yes it does clean very well also. Steam is a great plus and love it for baby clothes.

Nice washer. Had it installed by the people who delivered it. No issues. It's pretty easy to use. Plenty of room inside. I've only experienced an issue with larger loads that makes a strange sound. I was told it was a balance issue. Other than that I'm happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone.

I needed to replace my old washing machine. I wanted something that can handled almost any type of load that is out there. There is a setting for almost every type of laundry. The laundry is done in no time at all. Everything comes out clean and it even tells you when it's time to self-clean. Great product.

This washer is pretty amazing. I wasn't hesitant to buy it because I have heard negative things about top load washers without the drum. However, this washer is spectacular so far. I have probably done twenty loads. My fav feature is the steam/sanitize mode. It takes forever (couple hours) but is so amazing. It makes my blankets, towels, sheets, etc., smell downy fresh and amazingly clean. It even permanently took out the funky smell in my son's TOMS shoes. Also, can fit a king size down comforter and a set of king size sheets in a single load and they come out amazingly clean. Finally, you can soak loads for as long as you want, i.e. hours, days. This is a crucial feature for super stained kids clothes. :)

Got this washer to replace the Samsung washer that was recalled due to the spin cycle and washer drum coming out of the washer

Easy to install and use! Built in sink is very handy. It's deep so make sure you can reach the bottom. It helps to have the sink lowered when adding in detergent.

Washer is quiet and works great. The only thing the drum in the inside is very deep so if your short it will be hard to get the clothes

Love my new washer! Bought the dryer too! I didnt think it was working first load because its so quiet! Samsung and Best Buy ROCK!!

I really like the washer. The high load capacity and the quiet operation of the spin cycles is great. And it gets the clothes clean.

Works great and easy to understand functions, music chime is a little annoying but if washing clothes is the goal this does just that.

I have only had for a few weeks, but it works wonderfully. I got it to replace a similar washer that had part of the buttons stop working and could not be fixed. It can wash my large king size quilt with no problem and large loads of clothes. It is upstairs and we cannot hear it running downstairs.

This washer is easy to use, almost silent, and is huge capacity.

I've never loved a washer more. It can wash everything from small loads to down comforters and pillows. Highly recommended!

I was a little hesitant about having a washer without an agitator but it has proven to be a good decision because of the larger capacity to add big, bulky items.

Love love my new set. Had a front load set...never ever will I return to that technology. My cloths are so much cleaner and hold clean cloths fresh smell longer.
