Working on its third year, still running strong!!!

This washing machine is great! It is quite an upgrade from our old washing machine. It is quiet and level. The settings are convenient and I like that it plays a little musical tune when it is finished. My only complaint would be that I am unable to change the load size when I don’t have a large load. Other than that, it is a great machine.

I love this washer. It is big enough to fit king, and 2 full size sheets and a bunch of pillow cases. The built-in sink on top is pretty useful if you have kids with dirty clothes that need a little scrubbing before wash. The downsides are the tub is really deep, and my 5' 3" wife can't reach the bottom of it. And your head will hit the sink when you reach in to get your cloth. Other than that, it is a pretty good washer.

These are.tje kosy amazing washer and dryer. Samsung never lets.me down. It is a deep washer, but I'm 5"10. All the settings you could ever want.

Large capacity. Many cycles and options to customize. Cool see thru lid. Love the music it plays to let you know it’s done

2 years and going strong. Love the built in washboard sink for pretreating. Second samsung washer. First one lasted about 12 years. Great capacity.

Gear on clutch assembly broke 5 days after parts and labor warranty ended. Unfortunate timing. Easy to fix myself, but clutch assembly costs about half the price of a new washing machine by itself. How does a piece that is crucial to the operation of this product be manufactured with low quality materials? After fixing machine will no longer run through whole cycle without throwing an unbalanced code. Time to buy a new washing machine, hopefully I can find a product that doesn’t cheap out on critical parts.

Cleans clothes. Works great. If you’re short, invest in a small step stool.

Do not buy this washing machine. For 8 months I’ve been trying to figure out what I’ve been doing wrong since my clothes aren’t getting. Wet enough to be washed. I’ve had a service man out. Used smaller loads, bigger loads, lighter loads, heavier loads. Nothing worked. It’s not me, the machine is junk

I had this washing machine for about 2.4 years before it completely lost power and repair will cost half as much as a new machine. I am very disappointed. Will not buy a Samsung appliance again. Will buy extended warranty from now on.

I thought our old washer cleaned our clothes well until we bought a new one. This was a definite upgrade.

Awesome washer. Numerous setting and does a great job cleaning the different types of laundry.

Don’t buy this product, after 3 months of usage the top basin fell off, called samsung customer service got the worst experience ever, then after 6 months the top cover cracked and started to fall apart and call customer service again and have a nightmare. They said its a physical defect. I asked them ehat a physical defect means and they can even say it. Save your self with trouble, dont buy this product. Remember the top cover is made of plastic and it cannit stand the heat of washing so it carkes easily. Only have one servuce company in washington area. HNG appliancewhuch ever made it worst. After 6 months I ready to give this product away. Save your money and time. DON’T BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCT. THEY recalled some washer already and even their cellphone are recalled and not allowed in the plane. Dont buy this washer.

For this to be my very first washer I must say samsung did a excellent job with this design

Super disappointed in this set!! It does not use near enough water to get clothes clean, always have detergent stuck to my laundry, and yes I’m using H.E detergent and using hot water. I’ve had this set since March And I thought that maybe once i figured out the settings it would be better, well it’s not, I’ve used every setting the washer has, the only thing that works is putting in very small loads, so what’s the point in having this big washer that will not clean medium to large loads!! I wish I would have purchased a front loader instead!

Great washer. BUT its pretty loud When I bought this washer the tray to wash clothes in was a neat feature, wouldn’t think I’d use it until today. When I attempted to use it I noticed there was a big crack where the hinge is for the tray (represented in the picture) which is upsetting since it’s brand new only owning it for just about a month :/

The washer does not clean clothes well. The clothes barely get wet. Not enough water goes into the washer. My clothes come out dry and spots on clothes where the water did not touch. The machine has great appeal. Very nice to look at but does not clean clothes. If I could return this item and get my money back I would do it.
