Big improvement

My only regret is that I didn't get rid of the front loader sooner. This machine is huge and has cut the number of loads we do in half as well.

I wasn’t sure about a washer that did not have an agitator. But I wanted something that would save me money in the long run. I opted to have it delivered and the delivery was on time. The guy gave me a run through how to use it and was very knowledgeable. The buying process was also great.

I like all of the extra settings this machine has. We have had a couple of issues where all of the powder soap has not dissolved all of the way. I use the extra rinse option to help eliminate this issue. We bought this one so we could wash our King comforters, it has not disappointed me. I will say, if you are a shorter person, you may need a step stool to reach the bottom of the drum to get out socks and stuff. Not a flaw, just an observation. We have had it for almost a year, so far so good.

I had no problems with the older unit but Samsung is sending me a rebate for half of the cost of a new one which is an upgrade to the last one. Geek Squad delivery kept me informed, was punctual, polite and efficient. Overall, a very good experience!

I don’t have a utility sink, so the soaking tub helps a lot. This machine is very tall, I am 5’8” and struggle getting things from the bottom of the machine. I do not have a drawer. But use a step stool to reach in so I don’t hit my head on the wash basin, otherwise this washer is amazing.

They stopped making that one, which I loved, and I needed the biggest model I could find. This is much louder than my old machine - you can hear it throughout the house. It's also taller with a deeper drum - I'm 5'3" and can't reach items at the bottom of the machine without almost getting in it and then I hit my head when I lean out on the soaking sink. I'll be saving up for a front loader...
