Excellent in store help and professionalism. The deliver guys were just as amazing and professional. They explained everything to me and set up my new washer and dryer. I will only purchase from best buy after this experience.

The washing machine works great. My only complaint is that you cannot add soap to the tray with the top garment tray attached to the lid. You have to lift the washing machine lid and lower the garment tray to add soap.

Wsalesperson and customer service at Best Buy are great .the delivery and installer guys the first one you sent sucks very unprofessional..the second delivery guys I highly recommend very courteous and professional

I ordered this unit to replace Samsung last recalled model which has the same dimension and feature set except that this new model is supposed to address a potential safety hazard. I haven't experienced any issues with the washer since the purchase a few week ago.

Replaced my front load LG washer with this model and I couldn't be more satisfied. Quiet and holds an even larger load of clothes than the front load I had. Very happy at this point.

It’s the size and brand that I wanted. The drain pump overwhelms my 2” drain pipe. It’s super fast. I had two Samsung washers before but never more than 5 cubic feet. Sadly I am in the process of trying to return it. My plumber has a solution that costs more than the washer. So I’m going to buy a 4 cubic feet washer as before. I upgraded the pipes when I bought my second Samsung washer. I had the same problem.

I LOVE MY WASHER AND ITS FEATURE TO BE ABLE TO SCRUB ITEMS. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I'M A BIT TO SHORT AND IT IS HARD TO REACH ITEMS ON THE BOTTOM OF MY MACHINE. I NEED TO USE A STEP STOOL OR SOMETHING TO TO TAKE THE ITEMS OUT

It’s been working great. I have no complain. My wife loved them and along all the great features, especially the tube to prewasher with two kids that a plus. Plus I know I bought them through a great store if anything goes wrong with them I know for a fact the bestbuy will help

Huge drum, easy to use with drop down wash board. The one thing I don’t like is that I keep hitting my head on the wash board when “diving” in to switch the wet clothes to the dry. Hit my head every time!

After a year of use I'm very happy with this purchase. I've not had any issues. It cleans well and can handle very large loads.

This washer is amazing! Huge bin, and the top sink and water jet make it easy to hand wash and spot treat laundry.

It fulfilled our needs and is as described by the seller. I have it for a month now and have no issues. I love the small sink feature as can pre wash some stains and dirt. I expected that it would be less noisy given the new silent technologies though I still recommend it.

Nice washer. Deep tub that my wife can't reach but washes good. The other washer i purchased too big to fit thru basement door. Had to settle for this washer

I've / we've only used the washer 6 times but so far so good. The misses is old school and wanted an agitator model. But I convinced her because of the research I did to go with this model. What I like best is the size of the basket. A queen size comforter easily fits in. Oh, and we bought the Samsung dryer that was paired with the wash. I'm a best buy Total tech member so I got free installation, free take way of old washer and 20% off for a 5 year warantee

This washer is great so far. It's quiet and smooth, holds a TON of laundry and has several options for washing. PLUS it's a top load with steam feature.

It looks so much better than my old washer, but this one cant handle pillows or large bed covers, throws an error code since it cant balance the drum with heavy objects such as wet pillows.

Big capacity.. leaves clothes washed good & not to wet. The tub is deep... so it’s difficult for short people to get the clothes from the very bottom of the tub, so I have to use a step stool to be able to reach.
