This is my second set of this washer & dryer. Liked them so much, we purchased a second set to wash my clothes vs. husbands work clothes. Good options on cycles, and temps. Easy controls & the sink inside the lid is awesome to just soak & dump in.

I was skeptical at first about buying a washer with no agitator and no water level indicator. This washer cleans well and is pretty quiet overall.

Best washer, love it, can pre treat clothes stains and dump them right in the washer. Very quiet and cleans clothes well. I am very happy with it.

Love this machine it’s got a great capacity but only uses enough water for the load size

This Samsung washer looks great with its fingerprint resistant black finish. The extra cycles, steam capabilities are a bonus and the longer drainage hose is beneficial in not having to place the equipment directly in front of the drain.

I been using this washer for 2 months, first time with Samsung, I purchased it to replace my old one (Maytag). I was married with Maytag brand, but I am very happy with my new one, everything works perfectly.

This washing machine is massive. I had to get a stool so my wife could reach the bottom. However, we have a big family with multiple daily activities. We can do all our laundry in 3 or 4 cycles separating the clothes in white, darks, lights, towels. We could probably do it in 2 loads if we combined things. 4 Stars because the top locks so you can't throw things in mid-cycle which is why I went with a top loader.

Great machine, my wife loves it. It’s very quiet and fits a lot, only downside is if you pause it it restarts all over again.

Love this washer, so very quiet! So many selections of wash type and water temp. Love the water basin. Very deep tub. Water saver and energy efficient!

We bought this because or old washer was not working anymore, and I gotta say it's amazing, it does the job, it's a bit slow on some cycles but I guess it's worth it since it actually washes really well whatever you put in it, plus it has a lot of space.

I recently bought this washer due to my old one finally gave out. This one has so many settings! I really love the steam setting for my white sheets! Just make sure you do during the day when you have time....I think it's a 3hr setting. Really is a quiet washer as well. Only complaint for me is...being 5' 2 You can barely get to the clothes in the bottom of the washer it's so deep. Think they should come out with a pull out/tuck away step to stand on to get stuff out of washer! Lol. Overall though nice washer

The washer has plenty of space. I love that I can wash my comforters. The only thing I don’t like about it is that I’m short. It’s very deep so I have to use a step stool in order to get the laundry out.

After purchasing our home, our old washing machine began to leak.(why we never liked front loaders) My wife wanted to switch back to top loading, This machine is awesome! Keeps clothes clean and it uses less water and detergent then our old machine. Its also nice and quite and leaves clothes pretty dry so less time is needed in the dryer.

This washer upgraded my laundry room aesthetically and laundry no longer feels like a chore due to the ease of washing clothes. My laundry comes out clean and smells fresh! This was the best gift EVER!!

Washer works like a champ and haven't had any problems at all since installation. Plenty of cycles on the dial and space in the tub for any type of load.

Even though I didn't get to see in person, it was just what I needed and expected. The large cavity is excellent for family size. It was easy to show how to use to my teenage girls. Well worth the price.

Works great and has a very large capacity, clothes get very clean.

After washing a load using the active wash. Water begin to leak into the washer from the active wash. Best Buy replace wash and no new issues with new replacement washer.

The clothes are clean; huge capacity. The only thing I would say is you need to get the clothes out of mediately it into the dryer after the cycle or they’ll start to smell stale. We think that it doesn’t quite empty completely after the spin. Other than that in amazing range of choices for the settings you can find tune exactly what you need in the wash cycle. Hand wash feature is excellent especially if you don’t have a dedicated sink in your laundry room.
