I went for this machine because of the steam function. I feel like the steam does a good job with stains, but it’s not as useful as I had hoped when it comes to button down men’s dress shirts.

I replaced an LG front loading model that was 13 years old with the Samsung top loading model. First off, the capacity of the Samsung is far greater than the LG model however, clothes don't get as clean with the Samsung as they did with the front loading LG. I don't believe it's an indictment on the Samsung more so that a simple fact that front loading washers provide superior cleaning capabilities. The Samsung is good for what it is and several hundred dollars less expensive than a front loading machine.

Love the washing machine with all the features. The only thing I would say why I didn’t give 5 stars because sometimes it gives an error message and I have to restart my wash load again. Other than that, no complaints

Purchased this washer after my Samsung front load washer died. It is HUGE in the inside. I can put so many clothes, towels, etc in! Love its capacity!!! It's great if you have a larger family. I do have to stand on my tippy toes to get the clothes out and I'm an average height. I love the pre-soak feature. Also love all the options and even the "my cycle" option I can set. It does an amazing job with washing clothes, bedding etc! I do happy with this purchase! I'll never buy a front load washer again!

Perfect for our family of six! This machine offers just enough options for a big family without making you feel overwhelmed, or like you won't use all the functions. I do tend to bump my head a lot on the basin for the soak tub portion that is attached to the lid. I wish they would have found a way around that part protruding so much. But other than that, we really like it!

After owning a front load machine previously I welcomed this top load washer. We especially like the built in sink to pre-spot the kids clothes. The drum is extra large so we're able to wash more than our previous washer.

The machine was great but was way too big. Because of COVID-19, we ordered online without seeing in person. Once it arrived, it was too tall and way too big for our space.

Can not say that I am happy with this purchase . I did not see this exact washer in the store and I wish that I had. The detergent holder feels cheap, it does not spin my clothes as well as my old front loader, making it take longer to dry each load. had to spin a load of jeans twice. If washers had a return policy I would return this one.For as much as I paid for it I hate not to like it

Owner from last 2 months. Everything is really great. Only issue is, it uses too much water. Water bill just got increased without any major change in use except buying this washer.

I love this Washing Machine. I needed something that would handle comforters. I was tired of going to the laundromat and paying that extra money. It hit all the buttons

The washer has a lot of nice options. Though the pre-wash is something that is really not necessary. I don't think it will be used by us at any point. So far we see a big improvement on how clean the clothes are compared to our LG front loader we replaced. We got the washer on sale for $699 and a week later it was back up to $989 so we are definitely happy with the value so far!

Absolutely love my washer. Just to note I need a little step stool to reach all the socks and small items at the bottom and I am 5' 5".

Haven’t had it for to long but so far I love it. Big enough for anything I need it for. Coming from a smaller washer it was a bit of a pain washing long sized blankets, or a load of towels but this one handles it with ease. It’s also extremely quiet. Has a lot of different modes for different uses and the pre soak basin is pretty neat but really just wanted it for the size (and it was time for a new one). Have always had good luck with Samsung products so hopefully this is no different.

Cleans great. Its not to loud. Does a great job. I like all the different cycles you can pick from

No seriously I purchase this washer after reading many reviews some are not so good but I've always had good luck with Samsung products and will continue to purchase

I love the pre-soak option. It is so nice when you need to let something small soak. Also the large washing drum fits so much stuff and it auto detects the load so no more guessing what size load it is.

this is better than the washing machine that I had previously, it is big and easy to use

Love it , don’t hear it when it is running. Can wash a king comforter in it .

Very big size so I can wash our bedding laundries. Very quiet and efficient.

I love the washer. The finish was so nice. Easy to use and holds a lot of clothes.
