The washer is very deep so it can be difficult to reach clothes at the bottom...I'm short and had to get a step stool but it was an easy fix. The washer has a good variety of load settings.

Works very good, not much noise and easy to operate. Not sure if the steam drying is much useful but a feature that is available. Also note that if you are 5'6" or short it is bit difficult to pick up cloths from washer. It is higher than regular ones, but its size is really good. Washer doesnt have anything in the middle which makes it easy to use for bedding.
