Absolutely love this washer and dryer set... I can wash more jeans and towels then with my old set. Having the stainless steel tub helps so much with my husband and sons jeans. When they get home from work they are covered in grease, diesel, and who only knows what else. I don't have to wash them more than once in this washer... Just add soap and dishwashing liquid and poof clean clothes and clean washer tub... Love the fact I can program both washer and dryer to my settings and if someone else uses them they know just push power on and the my setting and leave them alone!!! So glad we decided to wait two months for them to be in stock!!!

The big capacity is what really got my attention and let me tell you it’s awesome washes very good and is very quiet

We made the switch to a top loader after our front loader stopped on us. We researched a lot and kept seeing such positive reviews for this machine. We could not be happier with this washer! It runs quietly, holds so many clothes (including our king sized comforter!), and really washes everything well. We get a lot of use of the rinsing basket, as we have small messy kids. Would recommend this washing machine to anyone!

I needed a new washer and was a bit nervous about buying one without an agitator. After reading several reviews and watching a few demos, I was convinced to try it and I really like it. It works for large, bulky items and it's very quiet.

I've only had this washer a few weeks. To date, it has operated just as claimed on the BestBuy website, and all of my clothes have come out very clean and smelling great. I haven't tried all the features yet, but what I have used have all worked flawlessly. The machine is much quieter than my old washer, has a much larger capacity, and is very easy to use after I went over the instructions. I'm of average guy height and do have a problem reaching the clothes at the very bottom of the drum with my feet on the floor as some other height challenged folks had indicated in their reviews. I got around this by using a long-handled spaghetti noddle ladle and bye-bye problem. Otherwise I am very happy with my washer and would definitely buy it again if need be.

We've owned this washer for about a month now and it's really been great. Loads and loads of room for big loads of laundry. I really like that there's not agitator either. This thing is cavernous! It's quiet and high tech. Very attractive looking as well. So far so good with it!

I've only used this washer a few times since I received it a few days before Thanksgiving. Thus far, I have found it easy to use and my washing results have been without flaw. I am only 5 ft but was able to reach down and retrieve everything in the deep tub but I do intend to use a grabber tool in the future. I was able to complete all my bedding in one cycle and all king size sheets and pillow cases came out excellent even with my husband who bleeds from picked sores and I usually have to add a strong bleach. I did not use anything the first time I did my sheets and found that I didn't need any bleach. The machine is extremely quiet, does not move while vibrating and am looking forward to using the hand wash feature that comes with the machine. Thus far, no problems and I remain positive that it is a quality machine.

My last washer was a basic two knob type and was never really into these newer full featured models. This I found was a good balance of easy to use control panel, feature rich without going overboard. Very efficient in knowing the size of laundry load and adjusting amount of water. Still experimenting with all the other settings but very happy with it so far.

I had before two different washers from another Korean brand but both started leaking. The Samsung is quieter and so far does the work well. Time will tell their reliability. My wife loves the music at the end of the cycle.

This washer is an absolute must if you want to wash your bedding in your own home, especially if you need to wash a king comforter! The large rotating drum handles all of my huge loads of laundry with ease! My favorite feature of this washer is the delay end function, which allows you to delay the end of your washing cycle however long you need! For example, if you need to finish a load of laundry but it is getting late, you can just set it and forget it, and then when you wake up in the morning it conveniently just finished washing (as long as you set it correctly of course). Don’t even get me started on the built-in sink with water jet feature! Best investment of my life with having a sink right in the washer if you don’t have one in your laundry room! Whenever I get muddy clothes from an event, I can just conveniently rinse it out with the sink before I wash my muddy clothes! Lastly, the gunmetal finish looks very sleek and stylish and overall is a great machine!

We purchased this washer and the matching dryer and I love that I can wash and dry twice the amount of clothes at one time. It's so quiet that you don't know it's running, and that is great for starting the wash at bedtime. Also, they don't smell musty after sitting overnight like they would with my old washer.

It would have been a five but it has a steam cycle but the installers said I have to pick up the steam kit which makes no sense that it doesn’t come with the parts for the steam cycle. It is huge and fits anything and everything, is quiet and efficient and looks very high end.

Love this washer. I switched to top load washer from front load because im tall and its easier to load/unload and top loaders don't stink like front loaders do. I'm not cleaning my washer weekly so Top load was best choice. Great machine so far.

So our last washer was a front loader. I was going to buy another one but samsung and we happened upon this one. It's main attractions were the built in sink (for stain treatment), how BIG IT IS and the cool features (change temp, spin add extra wash etc). The sales guy said the washer will last longer if not a front load. The fact that is also does have the agitatior leaves more room for clothing. I like that it has a timer so you can see when you should come back to switch clothes over. It is AMAZINGLY QUIET AND GETS THE CLOTHES CLEAN! I cannot say enough great things about it. Being 5"3 i use a step stool to reach to the bottom but it's worth it.

We purchased this washer after ours was on its last legs on Black Friday, it’s fantastic, quiet, love the sink feature and all the various cycles and it’s very quiet. Clothes come out clean and it holds a lot , plenty of space for the larger loads. Very happy I chose this model and brand.

This machine was an exchange for the LG direct drive washing machine. I had my reservations esp because I read so many bad reviews about Samsung machines. I decided to take a chance since when I bought the LG machine I had read great reviews about it...ironic but true..look for the negative reviews and make a decision then...don’t just read good reviews..this Samsung machine is superb, washing cycles are short but efficient. Clothes are so clean, smell clean and based on cycle you pick, clothes come out almost wrinkle free. Make sure to read instructions and sort clothes properly and you’re good. Capacity is huge, only downside it’s too deep for petite people to reach little items like socks. Have a small stool handy and you have a solution. I don’t like that you can’t adjust temperature for some cycles, but I’m learning to work around it: sort clothes a little different and use different cycles. It does have eco warm temp which works as a middle ground if you need cold water but can’t adjust water temp. All in all, I’m happy with the purchase and with my Best Buy appliance team.
