Great washer, very large tub. Can handle big loads. Very happy with my online purchase.

This is an excellent washing machine. The only "complaint" is how deep it is. I have to get a step stool to reach the bottom.

I purchased dishwasher for my mom since hers finally gave out. She loves the color of it, the use of it and quality of it.

Quite wash, big loaded, this is second washer for family.

I've only had this washer a few weeks but it has exceeded my expectations! I was wary to get it when I read some of the reviews stating it was noisy and didn't get clothes clean but those are the exact opposites of what it's done for me. It is a very quiet washer, I had to double check it was running because I couldn't hear it (it's attached to my kitchen.) And so far it's gotten my clothes clean. It is an eco washer so it only fills the drum to meet the quantity of clothing you have in there but as long as you load it correctly it works perfectly. The only downfall is it does take a little longer to run a cycle, but again that's because its eco friendly. The controls are easy to use and I like that it locks when the cycle starts. It is a little tall for me but I knew that going into it, if you're paying for a larger capacity size you should expect it to be bigger.

Love my washer. Had front loader for 11 years, even with cleaning it would still smell. Clothes were smelly and not clean. Now my clothes are clean and smell great.

I wanted a big top loader after suffering with front loaders for 20 years. Front loaders being noisy and prone to bearing trouble, we didn’t want another one. So I researched and liked what I read about this one. I am short but my husband is near 6 foot tall, neither of us can reach the bottom of this washer. We did buy a grabber, so it’s OK, but I don’t like it. Plus it does not have an agitator, the clothes just kind of swish around in there, not sure it would do a very good job on real dirty clothes. It does not handle heavy items very well, they get out of balance and then are very hard to get rearranged. It is quiet though and has lots of settings. It took awhile to figure out that the sound button turns off the sound when it is lit, sound is on when the button is not lit, seems backward. Instructions are poorly written and not much to them.

Would liked more specifications on the app controlled feature because I got confused thinking it was manageable on the phone

I am in love with this washer . It has tons of space , However, I don’t ever fill it up all the way just to be precautionary. I have them in black and they look great .. I personally love the add on features of being able to prewash things to try and remove stains. This comes in handy especially with children.

Works well. Is quiet. Washers cloths well and gets stains out.

This washer can hold a massive amount of clothes. I am still adjusting to all of the wash options but I feel like this is a great product so far.

Replacing my front loader, went bad. Did not want to go back to front loader, did not like moldy front load issues where water sits around bottom of door opening.

Love the washer!! Very quiet and you can wash more than a normal load of clothes..

So far so good. I really like this product. I can't talk much about it because I just started using it.
