Haven’t had it long enough but this is my second Samsung and I feel like it dies the job I need it to

This has a really deep tub and lots of options for cleaning. It runs very quiet - performance wise it is top of the line! On the downside, it uses a lot of plastic parts on the top. Our old Maytag was all metal from top to bottom and the lid stayed open even at an angle, This one the lid is plastic - which I guess makes sense for most or part of it because you can see into the top, but it does feel a little fragile, and the detergent container slides out from the back of the washer but seems pretty cheap. The lid you have to have all the way back at an angle or it will close on you. Also, since the lid has to be all the way back, if it is not, you are basically holding the lid up while you try to pour detergent in the holder in the back of the washer.

Great price for all the bells and whistles. Delivery and installation was timely and professional.

Love my washer. It does everything as it stated. People who do not like these types of washers, just haven't used them correctly. This one is deep and washers big loads in smaller amount of time than my previous washer. It's awesome and I am very happy with it.

I’m of average height but can’t reach washed clothing at the bottom of machine with step stool

Love the washer but the bin is too deep. My wife can't reach the bottom (has to use tongs) to get the clothes out. She's 5'3" and I'm 5'11" and just barely reach the bottom so beware. My wife asked me to remove the gimmicky activewash since she never uses it and likes it so much better without it. Maybe I'm missing something but did anyone test this out with average size women? Seems they would have complained about how difficult is is to reach the bottom. I read a lot of reviews complaining about shaking and unbalance issues. So far after a year we have no complaints (except reaching the bottom of the washer to remove clothes). Of course we bought an extended warranty.

GREAT WASHER AND NICE SIZE FOR A BIG LOAD. LOTS OF FEATURES

I told my self I wouldn't buy another Samsung appliance because of issues I've had with a fridge and the last washer, but this has been a great purchase since I got it almost two years ago. All of the features work as described, and it's still going strong despite having to do a lot of kids' laundry.

I love this washing machine. It works great and runs smoothly. When I am downstairs I barely hear it. Very quiet. What I love the most is the pan underneath the lid for hand washing clothes. It is very convenient and helpful.

Love my washer but not so friendly for shorter people need to use tongs to reach bottom of washer

I have liked using this machine. Just had to get used to the low water levels.

Awesome machine, just leaks the first few uses, make sure you have a towel under it.
