The washer works great. I added the 5 year warranty which is worth it. Bestbuy is a great store for all of your appliance needs.

Definitely get the geek squad service plan. Samsung isn't the best to work with, get the leave of mind that all you have to do in case of service is deal with geek squad.

I can even wash my king size comforter. The only down side is I am short and can't reach the bottom of the tub without a step stool. That isn't a big deal to me. You won't be disappointed if you buy this washing machine!!

Easily cleans our king size blankets, just have to fold as required to prevent unbalanced drum. Tons of settings for all different wash loads.
