The other point the water doesn't reach to the middle although I put it on the heavy cycle and that disappointed me.

I understand you are concerned with the water level in your Samsung Washer. I can explain that for you. Samsung Washers use a pulsator instead of an agitator. The purpose of an agitator is to agitate the clothes through water to clean them and could damage your clothes easier. Our pulsator will pulsate the water through your clothes instead providing a better and more efficient wash cycle using less water. If you do have some dirtier clothes that you would like more washing then you can adjust the soil level and that will improve the cycle. Thank you for choosing Samsung ^Brad
