Only con-the alarm that goes off when the cycle is finished-it’s INSANELY long and so annoying. Way overkill.

Perfect for a big family

What used to take 3 or 4 in my old washer now is done in one. Also it plays chimes and songs when it is done instead of the annoying buzzer of others.

Very good large capacity washer

I would give it 5 stars if it were not for the built-in basin. It is really of no use and it hinders access to the soap dispensers.

Purchased this unit because my old one was one of the recalled washers. This system is easy to use. Only semi con is the deep tub. My wife can barely reach to the bottom to get clothes out.

It’s huge and gets the job done. The little built in sink is a nice touch. Now I only need a new, larger dryer to match the load size.
