So much better that front loaders I have had in the past. These are the best!

I tried using the best detergent also and was not satisfied with the results.

They all keep failing. We had a technician out today to look at it and he says it needs a firmware update, but Sam son has not produce one yet so they are going to replace some parts. At this point. I would rather use LG or any other company than Samsung

However, since I haven't tried all the "bells and whistles", I'm only giving it four stars for now. The tub is huge, so if handling large loads is what you need, this one fits the bill. My only difficulty is the depth. Being only just over 5' means I have to use a step stool to reach the bottom. I did read others' reviews to this effect, but I really didn't expect it to be as hard to reach the clothes on the bottom as it is. No big deal, really. We short people are used to these challenges. I love the hand wash tub feature.

I bought it as a set with the dryer (that I'm not crazy about). I cloth diaper and it killed my old washer within a few months. I bought this because it has a "Deep Wash" setting, and water jet so you can add as much water as you want (most HE washers use so little water they don't get diapers clean AT ALL). The wash basin has been awesome for getting stains out of clothing and rinsing soap lids. I'm 5' (on a good day), and I can NOT reach the bottom at all. I had to get a step stool. The capacity is ridiculous. It's super quiet and looks great. LOVE IT
