This recall replacement has a few more features than the original. So far I am very pleased but still regret the hassle of dealing with rebate from Samsung.

Great features and ease of use. Ability to wash on a variety of settings for people who actually do laundry properly(separate colors, towels, bedding, etc)

Washer looked impressive, opted to do install myself upon doing so found out washer came with water. Tried to get an answer from Best Buy my efforts ⁰to find why this was in a brand new unit was futile! Ended up taking the delivery guy who was an independent third party delivery person as some manufacturers do this. Decided to keep unit hoping it wasnt used. In order to balance washing machine i had to almost stick out all the adjustable front legs! This was a problem I am 5'4" and could barely reach inside tube after this was not happy, the final straw was when it couldn't even wash off a yogurt stain from my toddlers shirt. Sent it back and purchased an LG. Too bad it didn't wash well and of course the other irritating issues and Best Buy please be more informed about what you are selling! I called at least six times and spent half a day trying to get answers. What a waste of my time.

I've had this washer for a month now. Reasonably priced for all of the features you get. It has a huge tub - big enough for our king-sized comforter.

I had this washer for a year now, the good thing I like about it is that it's so quiet and have a lot of option when washing heavy loads.

I love this washer. Though I need a step ladder to teach the inside bottom, it is great with heavy loads.

Wow! I like this better than my LG Front loader. Tub is super deep and clothes come out clean and partially dried.

This machine is really high tech. It’s really big inside. The only problem was I can’t reach to the bottom of the drum.

My relationship with this washing machine got off to a rocky start with installation problems. Once they were resolved, I fell in love with my new appliance. It has many great features, runs very quietly and has a huge capacity. It is attractive enough to be on full display and not hidden in my laundry room. I ordered this sight unseen, over the phone, with a most helpful associate and am delighted with the results

Great washer definitely plan to have to buy a bigger dryer cause this thing can wash some clothes

This washer works fantastic. I like very much. Washes everything from comforters to my grandsons clothes great. Nice and quiet too
