I like the sink and the quietness of the washer. the drum is very deep and I do have trouble getting my clothes out. I think you should make a smaller version with the sink. I would like not such a deep drum.

Purchased for my wife after having a 10 year old set. I have always been a fan if Samsung and we both absolutely love these.

Purchased as part of Samsung recall deal. Received a rebate of $460 and the new washing machine was $650 so we have a new machine for about $200. The new machine includes active wash which we like and many other improvements. We like the new washer.

We purchased this washer in January of 2018. Twice within the first year the hinges on the upper manual wash basin broke and had to be replaced. Not a huge deal since we don't use it much anyway, but sketchy. Luckily they were under warranty. Now exactly three years later the main circuit board has gone bad which means every load is washed at steaming hot temperatures. The kicker?? This circuit board is discontinued and unavailable to purchase anywhere as a replacement part so it can't even be fixed. It's three years old. Now we could just turn off the hot water whenever we want to do a cold load, but why should that be the only option. IT'S THREE YEARS OLD! Bottom line: Buyer Beware, they don't make them like they used to!

Great washer! Tons of space, can fit my king size comforter with room for an adequate wash.

Pro: good looking, large capacity. Cons: doesn't fully wet clothes, dispenses very little water, and you don't have the option of choosing water amount manually. Horrible for washing larger loads. Cycles are so long, like 1:30 and you end up with dirty clothes. It's so annoying. I regret this purchase and would return if I could.

So far so good with this washer. The last one we owned as well was great but had to buy this one because of a recall on that one.

If you are short...good luck! Lol I love this washing machine. It does huge loads of laundry and saves you a ton of time.

Samsung makes some of the best home appliances to date, in my opinion. It washes silent and cleans excellent. The look is simply beautiful.

Exceptionally easy set up. Large capacity washer that works great. No internal agitator which gives even more room especially for blankets.

The main point is to clean your clothing and this machine delivers. I am thoroughly satisfied with it. Best purchase I've made in a long time!

Nice looking next to the matching dryer. I have only used the basic features, but might use the basket on one of these days. The basic function is easy to use on the control panel, but I'll have to study the thick manual if I'm ever to use the multitude of special features Warning, tall machine with deep basket. Had to get my petite wife a step stool to reach the bottom for the last socks, I'm 5'10" and I can just reach the bottom of that nice big wash basket!
