We've tried the self cleaning cycles. A few online searches of the issue have made it clear its a common issue. Trying one more method that I found on their support page. If that doesn't work I am going to begin requesting service

One thing I kept reading in reviews was if you’re short, it’s hard to reach the bottom. Which I totally agree with! I’m 5’9 and while I can still reach, I can see how it would be difficult for shorter people. That would be my only concern if you’re on the shorter side!

The only thing that I'd be careful of is to not load in something that could potentially become heavy with the addition of water. I put my thinnest blanket in to wash, but I guess the material just liked absorbing water a little too much that it knocked the barrel off by a small margin.
