I wish there was ZERO star rating; it is a very bad machine; I think it does not move/spin during the wash cycle. The problem I cannot open the door" once the cycle start, but I find the clothes are in it is place; what I put in the bottom stay in the bottom; and what I place on the top stays on the top as nothing is happening except I hear the noise that it is working but I do not think so. Anther that makes me think that it is not moving the clothes is the softer; only the top clothes that smell good; others do smell the softener at all. I really do not recommend it and I wish I can return it but I will call the customer service to complain. it is a waste of a lot of money to buy such bad washer

I like being able to rinse and soak items before they go into the wash. It works very well and have not had a bad experience yet. Downside, I'm 5' 3'' and I can not reach the bottom of the washer without a grab bar, since that seems to be my only problem oh well.

This is a great product, excellent options. My only problem with it is it is way to deep, I can not reach my clothes on the bottom of the wash tub. It should come with an item grabber tool so the average height person can use it with ease. I suffer lower back problems and wish I purchased something much smaller.

I am loving this washer. With the larger wash load, I spend less time doing laundry now. Enjoying the wash bin for soaking stained items. Downside: very deep tub, so if you are short you'll probably need a stool and I usually hit my head on the little wash bin when I'm straining to reach the bottom of the tub. Overall, great washer and would buy another one when this one goes out.

As I said with the matching dryer, it takes awhile to know if you’re really going to like a product such as an appliance. Right off, I feel like it doesn’t clean my clothes as well as my old agitator washer. The new one has a sensor that’s supposed to recognize how much water to add and sometimes some of the clothes don’t get enough water to cover them, let alone, clean them. You have lay your clothes in a particular way and apparently I’m not doing that correctly. Hopefully, in time, I will master this machine, but until then, it’s just looks pretty and is a bit complicated. I can’t really say whether I would actually recommend it to anyone or not, but this review is making me choose.

We had to wait sometime to get this shipping due to Covid-19, but this washer has put us into the 21st century. It has every bell and whistle you could want, while still being user friendly. I looove the built-in sink. It even play an entire song when the wash cycle is finished. I almost hope that our dryer breaks soon so I can buy a matching dryer.
