So far it works great. I like the stream wash,but the wash cycle is kind of long. You can tell there is a different in the whites which is a nice thing. I do need a stool to get the clothes out from the bottom because the drum is really deep and I am 5ft.3in. If you want to wash a large comforter you would not have a problem.

fantastic washer, and most importantly it has a huge drum for clothes, it's very deep. Samsung engineered this to have the drum run along the walls of the machine so the drum is huge. Has sound off function for condos

Aside all of the beautiful lights and bells and whistles, this machine is amazing!!! I love the wash bin feature at the top because it allows you to tend personally to clothing that is more soiled without having to leave the laundry area. Haven't used the steam option yet but I'm sure it will be great as well.

I like this product, because it's kind of water saver and has good capacity. What I don't like is that it doesn't have the way to soak for longer time than 15 minutes and the fact that it doesn't have whirlpool!

We have had this for 23 months and it is completely shot. It has light use over that time and a couple weeks ago it started to make noise. After looking into it, the plastic drive gear was broken. Of course you can’t buy that inexpensive part by itself. You will need to purchase an entire drive assembly. Once installed, it still wouldn’t work. Now the water pump is out. That too is replaced and it still won’t work. Gets stuck in the rinse cycle and just keeps going back to the start. No water ever comes in it during the cycle. I’m done dumping money into this junk.

Only gave 4 stars since i iust got the washer/dryer in December but so far love it - did notice a previous review that said it’s very deep if you’re shorter which I am(5’3) and I totally agree -getting clothes out can be tough sometimes but i still love the washer-otherwise no problems

Great washer with different wash cycles. I really like the pre treat feature. Only thing I wish was that I didn't have to leave the pre treating layer down when loading detergent. Other than that no complaints!

We have purchased the matching Samsung washer and dryer for our home and have nothing but great things to say. We decided to go with the impeller I’m glad we did because it’s just as strong as an agitator but not as rough on the clothes.

Love this washer, so easy to operate. This washer does everything for you, water level automatically and so many different cycles to choose from. The tube is so large as well, I can clean two comforters for a queen bed at the same time.

I purchased a washer and dryer. On the day the equipment was dropped off at my house, the Best Buy crew moved my old washer and dryer out and installed the new ones. The team was friendly and fast. They helped me out with the hassle.

Great buy. Close out, 400 dollars off and free delivery. What’s not to love. Other placed were going to. Charge 80 dollars for delivery. Works well, quite and efficient . Highly recommend Best Buy for all your major appliances.

Most of the pre-settings do not do what we are used to from our old washer we had to play around with the controls and create our own cycle once we did this all is well had a difficult time setting up the online app still cannot figure it out not very user-friendly

Recently updated from a 10 year front loading washer to this beauty! Very happy with it. I do laundry several times a week and the large capacity makes this thing a dream. Easy to use, no issues with the washes and fully functional!

This washing machine was incorrectly installed in my house. The day the installer left my house I attempted to call best buy and the installer no one would answer me. I contacted best buy online tech support I spoke with KennethPaul C: He was nice and said that best buy management would call me that day. I never got a call and this machine is still improperly installed. The washing machine pan is not installed even though I provided one as I was instructed by the best buy installers before the visit. Additionally they installed it in such a way I cannot fully open the door. I will update my review once my issues are resolved.

I loved my original washer but replaced it with this upgraded model during the recall. I enjoyed the steam and sanitizing setting for pillows and the ability to add extra water to wash cycles.

Love the size and options on this washer but definitely needs big improvements with the agitator and the smells that it causes. We’ve spent a few hundred dollars on just the upkeep of this washer.

Bought open box, scratched/damaged, took home myself for total purchase under $400!!!! Was missing a part, called the next day and was told to come in for replacement part from floor model. Works great. No complaints.

Bought it in July of 2022…. Died in April 2024 out of warranty of course. Repair guy said $900 to fix. Unbelievable. Do not buy this washer without the extended warranty. Lesson learned. Although for the cost of these machines they absolutely should last longer than 2 years. Absolutely ridiculous.
