Would recommend great machine quiet and efficient Ease of operation and hassle free

I am in love with this washing machine. It's the first one I've owned that doesn't have an agitator. Never realized how much space that thing takes up. I can do double, sometimes triple the size loads of my previous washing machine. Love that there's a sanitize option, especially now with COVID. That's the cycle I use most often. It does take longer, but it's worth it. This is very customize-able and not loud at all.

Big washer, many settings for any kind of wash you may need to do including an eco setting and active wear (which is what my husband and I typically wear most of the time). Washer is very quiet and fits lots of clothes. Didn't get the matching dryer yet but may need to as my dryer can't keep up! Loving my new washer right now :)

Very quiet, love the hand wash tub. Very large capacity washes my comforter with ease.

So far this has been a good choice. The upper basket for hand washables is cumbersome and often in the way, but you can work around it. The Soap dispenser is towards the back so it can be hard to fill if you are using a large container and don't want to use the little cup at the top. The hookup hoses are better than my last set and it is quieter.

Quiet, gets clothes clean. Has more cycles than I probably need. It works very well.

Bit of a complex washer, but it's quiet and efficient. Would recommend.

EASY TO USE / SET UP THE CLOTHES COME OUT VERY CLEAN WAY BETTER THEN THE FRONT LOADER.

Replaced an old Kenmore...we bought this because we loved the Samsung dryer we bought last year. It's quiet, can fit TONS in it, and does a great job. Only negatives - it's very tall (my wife uses a step stool) and takes a little longer to finish than past washing machines, but I think that's a product of the water saving, which is a fair tradeoff. We'd definitely recommend and buy again!

Bought this with my Samsung Dryer (as a set) during a sale. Great value and amazing washer. I love how much stuff I can fit in this washer - and would always now recommend going for the bigger size washer, it just is so easy! Due to its large size, it is hard to get to the bottom of the washer to grab items if you are short - I have to stand on my tip toes to get to the bottom - but a stool would be beneficial too :) Many great functions, and straight forward to use. Laundry always smells amazing after this washer runs a cycle - and my whole house does, frankly. This washer makes a noise when done washing, but you can shut this off at your discretion - sometimes it is nice to know when to move a load over. Great machine, love the top basin for soaking - but make sure you know this is latched, or it will hit your head if you are trying to pull clothes out! Overall, awesome machine. Will stick with Samsung for all our appliances from now on.

I've had high efficiency washing machines for many years, and not been particularly happy with their lack of ability to really get my wash clean. It seems I used to waste a lot of time pre-treating and scrubbing stains, soaking whites, re-washing towels... I've had this Samsung for about 3 months, and have noticed a huge improvement. The soak sink is helpful, as it keeps exceptionally grimy items in the washer for extra care. I am very happy with my new Samsung Washer!

This washer has the largest tub I have ever seen. All of the latest features and cleans very well.
