Large tub but cannot get maximum use. I feel that tub should hold more laundry but water does not fill/ cover large amounts of clothes. Works perfectly with small loads.

I ordered online and was shipped a DOA washer. I contacted customer support and they propmtly sent a replacement. The washer itself is wonderful. Quiet wash cycles and ceryclean end product. The best part is no more oder like we had front load washer.

So far so good. Dont care for the washing station up top. Gets in the way of filling up detergent and isn't really used and when you go to get your clothes out you hit your head on it

We traded up for this washer but thiught we would have had to pay much more than we did for all the features it has. We love the steam cleaning and the waterproof setting. Out old washer would always go out of balance but this one has never.

This washer is great -- not sure how often I will use the steam though. Also, I can see how it might be hard for shorter people to get the clothes at the bottom, but I do not think that is a big enough of an issue to not get this washer.

So happy I got rid of my front load and went back to a top load. I love how this washer tells you when it needs to run a self clean cycle.

Spacious Drum allows you to wash normal cloth to comforters for your bed. I could load 2 comforters and wash them. Also, little tray on the top allows to pre-soak or hand wash on specific spot before wash cycle starts.

So far the washer has been great. We have thrown pretty much everything at from our household. We like the depth of the washer and the time options.

Works great, perfect for larger loads. Only downside to it is if you are short like me (5'2) then you will need a step stool, or a grabber to get all the way to the bottom.

Wife loves it, only issue was the Delicates holder broker after a couple of months and Samsung has yet to respond back to replace/repair it so it kind of just flops around.

Needed this washer for a replacement in a second home and this machine has lots of features and Iove the fact it has a super large drum/tub. Lots of clothes fit and the washer balances automatically.

Very good washer, with many option. I also like the fact that you can have a second cover which allow you not to put detergent liquid or powder on your clothes.

Excellent product!! No issues for the year we have had it. Definitely recommend especially for the price. Cant beat Samsung quality!!

This was a huge upgrade over our previous washing machine. The amount of laundry this can wash at once is too much for our old dryer so we'll be replacing that too.

Bought this washer in May 2017 to replace our recalled Samsung washer. Our old washer was 5.0 cubic feet. The new one slightly larger at 5.2. Washer works great with no complaints. Lots of features that I am yet to use such as the steam feature.

we found out then when you do a quick wash, you get trapped in a computer loop. The machine keeps adjusting the time up, because it may sense an unbalance(?). At this point you are trapped because you can't end the process, you can open the lid, and your clothes are locked inside. Calling Samsung is useless. First after answering all sorts of questions, you know "push 1,2,3 or 4 - and finally when you get a live person, they don't know very much. IN SHORT-we hate this washing machine and truly regret purchasing it.

The workers that did the installation were really good, professional, they took care of everything even took out the door to walk with the machine without damaging anything. I really recommend the services. And I really recommend this machines.

The BEST washing machine I’ve ever had. I love the multiple settings that can be personalized. The clothes soaking sink is perfect for stained sports uniforms and messy eaters! Ha!

Washer has lots of cycles to meet any need. Easy to use. Like the “my cycle” feature so you don’t have to go thru all settings for routine wash. Only drawback is washer tub is deep and it’s hard to reach bottom
