I like the size of the drum. Its a nice addition to my appliances. :)

Good washer and few flaws

The extra basket at the top seems to be in the way as well of the washer.

It is very deep. I’m 5’0. I have to use bbq tongs to get the clothes off the bottom. Other then that I’m happy with the purchase

We tried smaller less expensive Samsung, but it didn't have the quality. With the Deep wash your clothes do move around. Color cycle is great. Mix different colors.

This unit has many more features and is extremely quiet. Larger capacity makes it easier to launder bedding and large items. Best Buy installers were outstanding

The active wash tub is inconvenient and bulky if you remove it, it completely voids manufacture warranty.

I had to get a little inventive, but it keeps me mobile.
