Horrible circumstances

After two loads of laundry the machine quit working making grinding noises and leaking. Contacted best buy they said we had to contact Samsung. We have been going through circles with them to get it replaced. Tech was on phone listening and recording issues. A tech was sent out, no show. 5 dsys later another technician came out and said the clutch was btoken and the part is not available. He called Samsung. They say they will try to build a part. That's unacceptable. No luck so far getting this resolved. I do not recommend SAMSUNG

I thought it would be great for washing big items such as a king size comforter. However, it's impossible to reach my clothes after they've been washed without a step stool. It may sound funny, but I hate this machine because of this issue and I'll have t live with it for a good long time. As far as the machine goes, it does a good job.
