Sometimes the load is not dried thoroughly; an item or 2 of clothing will be stuck at the back of the drum and not spin with the rest of the load. There was a product upgrade after the manual that came with my machine was printed which made it quite difficult to find the answers I needed. Subsequent calls to Samsung were extremely frustrating... either I was misunderstood, or I was passed on to another agent who specialized in the problem the current agent thought I had. Still not completely satisfied with the support available or how to use and/or program my machine.

convenient, but serious reliability issues

The machine is very convenient for daily use, but be careful with the quality. Our first unit only lasted two weeks before the dryer failed and started giving error codes. It also has a habit of walking/moving out of its spot during the heavy spin cycles. Proceed with caution.

Its programed on my Samsung Ultra 23 as well! Lots of awesome features as well, 220 voltage, Vented!! Awesome in more ways than 1, Thanks Samsung, you didnt disappoint me! Thinking about the newest 110volt version, Dryer 110 volt too!!!

It washes fine but it doesn’t always dry all the way. I have to do a timed dry often. I don’t like how you can’t change the spin speed. It errors out on high spin. The installers had to put the unit on furniture movers to slide it in the space (carpet to wood) do maybe the cushin from the pads is interfering but i cant remove them.

We have shared the manual link below, which includes steps to help you. For clothes that are not drying well, please refer to page 93 under "Items are not dried". To identify the error code showing when you're using high spin, refer to pages 95-96 under "Information codes", and lastly, the spin speed can be modified depending on the wash cycle you select; for details, refer to page 61.
