Almost a month and no issues! Just more time to get other things done at home! Easy to use, convenient and efficient. Sometimes, we do multiple loads with no problems! Life it’s a little easier!

I love this machine!!! It makes my life so easy for work... I dont have to wait to load it in te dryer. I just put it in before I go to bed and bam its done in the morning

Works great when the filter is not clogged. Seems any little type of debris or even small undergarments slip through to the filter every now and then.

Washer and dryer combo is amazing, but make sure you pay attention to your settings: like quick wash, if you don't pay attention, you will be washing and drying for 3 Hours.

This is a great machine. I was worried that some clothes would be damp after reading some reviews but have not had an issue as long as I don't overfilled. Really, any dryer that is overfilled risks getting a little more time to dry. I love it because I can drop my son’s sports clothes in the machine and start it after a gale and it's fresh and ready for the game tomorrow

Was a little worried at first, but after having it for a little of a month now, its proven to do pretty good! You have to go with the vented model for sure!

It is convenient to have not the washer and dryer together. BUT. Not everything goes through the dryer, so I have to pull everything out to get at those. Things need to be shaken out so they aren't winkled, so I have to pull everything out to do that. I have to add dryer sheets. All this need to be done on the washer's time instead of my time.

Incredibly convenient and a real time saver! I love that once you add detergent to the dispenser, all you have to do is load your clothes and take them out when they’re dry. It makes laundry so effortless!

It washes well. Takes a bit longer tan a regular washer. Drys very well. Definetly get the vented unit!! I have heard the ventless doesn't dry as well

The Washer Dryer combo is a dream. Put the load of Laundry in and forget about it. I had to laugh when the door popped open following finishing.

At the begining the dry part wasnt the best, once start using the AI cicle and made some adjustments at the app it works perfectly!

I have had a lot of people question how these things work. I will tell you we are 3 months in and it’s amazing.

I enjoy using the all in one machine. Sometimes the load is not dried thoroughly; an item or 2 of clothing will be stuck at the back of the drum and not spin with the rest of the load. There was a product upgrade after the manual that came with my machine was printed which made it quite difficult to find the answers I needed. Subsequent calls to Samsung were extremely frustrating... either I was misunderstood, or I was passed on to another agent who specialized in the problem the current agent thought I had. Still not completely satisfied with the support available or how to use and/or program my machine.
