Poor installation experience!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installation was horrible! One of the service guys was rude! He said the machine was too heavy and he couldn't turn it where I wanted it. He tightened the hose way too tight and cracked it. He walked away and went to his truck leaving the other service guy to move the machine alone. No one helped me program the machine! I need someone to come fix my cracked hose!
