    Great Washer/ Dryer Combo

I was skeptical at first. I was concerned that this machine wouldn’t keep up with the demand my family puts it through. I have 5 kids so there is always laundry. I was honestly surprised how well the machine washed and dried our clothes. Definitely a step up from my previous washer and dryer. Thick blankets need a bit more time to dry but regular loads dry well. It is definitely a space saver which is a huge bonus.

    Beyond my expectations

I am more than impressed with this washer and dryer combination. I was first intrigued by the concept of a single footprint device, and with my busy lifestyle, the thought of being able to put a load of laundry in the machine and come back to a completely dried and ready to fold set of clothes was brilliant. The machine's ability to measure and apply the right amount of detergent and softener has reduced my overall consumption of both, and the ability to just turn off softener for a load is so convenient. I was concerned about the inability to add a dryer sheet for the dry cycle, as in my past experience, forgetting a dryer sheet in the stand-alone clothes dryer led to major static cling, but to my surprise, clothes come out static-free and fluffy from the Samsung Bsspoke! Energy efficiency - I knew I would see a reduction of water and electric consumption with this new appliance, switching from a standard top-load and stand alone 220 volt electric dryer. The SmartThings App does an amazing job at showing me just how much I am saving! My water consumption appears to have been reduced by 75% in the first 6 weeks of ownership. I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am about the reduction in electrical usage. I was able to identify my electric utility in SmartThings, and based on it's calculations, the heat pump, ventless dryer is saving me at least $10 a month in electricity! I am excited that this appliance is a 110 volt standard electric plug-in as I do plan on relocating my laundry area once the plumbing is done! My only reservation on the appliance is a slower overall cycle for washing and drying clothes. There is a quick cycle where dry clothes will be ready in approximately 90 minutes, but most cycles take approximately 2 to 3 hours until you have dry clothes ready to fold. Personall, for me, the wait time is worth all of the other convieniences and the utilit savings!

Ventless dryers reviews are very mixed. Its hard to make a decision. After watchkng some videos, Ibought this samsung, obviously worried about its ability to dry or not. Now coming from a background were vented dryers never existed, i owned all-in-one from Samsung and knew they worked, but again the reviews here are something else. The dryer simply works. Now understand that ventrd dryers are more plwerful, ao theh will take leas time. But you cant beat the favt this is ventless PLUS it only requires a normal 120v outlet … while others require 240v. This is a no brained. If you are looking into ventless, this one works. Now oeople complain about maintenance, and for that i cant tell because i hahe had it only for a couple days.

I was skeptical but man was I wrong, it’s easy to use, efficient, quiet, space saver, intelligent and not too much more money than buying two separate units. I’m already thinking to buy a second unit for my summer cabin. I would totally recommend this to anyone.

I bought this combo unit October of 2024. I had my hesitations because it’s a Samsung unit but there was a guy on YouTube that sold me on this unit compared to the LG and GE combo units. I did purchase the 5 year warranty from Best Buy just incase. I have had zero issues in the 10 Months we’ve had it. We are a family of 5 so it gets used on a daily basis. One important thing to remember is that you need to clean the lint trap after every use. If you keep the lint trap clean then you shouldn’t have any issues with your clothes not drying properly. I can’t recommend this unit enough to my family and friends. Not having to worry about forgetting to switch clothes to dryer is a game changer for us.

Got this washer to replace my 14 year old old LG all in one that finally gave out. So far I am very happy with this machine and the features that it brings. The only thing for me was figuring out the machines programs (on the machine and on the app) which took a bit of getting used to. I have used several different cycles and have been pleased with them all. All items have come out really cleanly washed and perfectly dried. Some cycles take longer to dry than others but that doesn't concern me as long as it does the job. Love the self dispensing detergent and fabric softener, which is a great added plus. I have no issue recommending this machine

I've had this Washer dryer combo for about 6 months now and the Verdict is I love it. You just need to keep in mind a few things about this... 1. Its slower than 1 washer and 1 dryer 2. You cannot put an as large load as a 2 unit system 3. you're looking at 4-5 hours start to finish for loads at 20 lbs, longer for beddings 4. you really need to keep the lint trap clean on every run HOWEVER. 1. you don't have to worry about swapping loads 2. It can self clean and has smart features to tell you when to do it. 3. It runs on 120 volt. so you can put it anywhere that has a water hookup 4. Automated detergent dispensing (but that is in other machines 5. You can have this run over night and have clean laundry in the morning. 6. its set it and forget it 7. You never have to eject lint into your home anymore which will save you money in the long run for cleaning it out as well save you from potential fire hazards. To be completely Honest, All of the cons I've posted are whatever anyway because my previous HE systems sucked a drying and the washer has mold issue which were hard to get out. The fact that this machine can wash and immediately dry makes it so that i never have to deal with a moldy bin If you have a large family buy 2, call it day. but for my day to day, this is amazing

I read all the reviews on this before buying and some were negative. Personally, i have had this about a month now and so far i have not had any issues. Works perfectly. Yes, it does take a while to do a load, 1 hour and a half at least or more depending on what cycle you choose. But.....this machine holds alot, so you really are doing 2 loads at once. Dont pack it, but it holds alot. So in the grand scheme of things, its not that long. My clothes are cleaner, and i dont have to swap machines during laundry day. Read your book if you buy this. The manual can be had at the samsung website. Download it. Most folks arent doing that i think. I am so glad i bought this, looks great, takes up less space, uses 110, no venting, etc...itll even tell ya when to clean it. Its a win win!!

I love the convenience of not having to remember to switch the load, but it does take quite a long time to finish and doesn't always get everything dry I can average about maybe two loads a day if I have the day off, it is super heavy so suggest getting appliance sliders for if you ever need to shift it

Delivered. Leveled it and adjusted the feet accordingly. The unit is now stable—no wobbling. Setup: Download the app and scan the setup code. The unit will go through an update (5 to 20 minutes). Do the tutorial if you’ve never used technology before. Before First Use: Fill the bottom tray. Boom—you’re ready. Run Times: The more clothing items, the longer it takes to complete a cycle. Light loads: ~2 hours Large loads: 3–5 hours Maintenance: Clean the two-piece filter. Clean both filters! (My God, a child could figure this out... I can't believe how many grown adults still don’t understand this concept.) Reviews Commentary: One person took a star off because it was heavy… Brother, when did washer-dryers become light? Another docked a star because it takes too long… I don’t know, Karen, maybe don’t load your entire wardrobe at once. Yet another took a star off due to delivery issues… So the machine suffers? If you have a room-temperature IQ, just stick with a basic washer-dryer.

Bought this over a year ago. It's been fantastic, albeit times are absurd (8+ hours for bedding lol), it makes it SO much easier not having to change laundry from washer-to-dryer. In addition, I can automate lights to flash when it's ready, and there's a 10 minute delay between washing & drying, allowing you to pull laundry out when you need it.

Still new, but overall easy to use. Both washer and dryer seem to be functioning perfectly in various modes, depending on the wash/dry/load requirements. Ordering online and arranging delivery was stunningly simple and all went as requested and planned. Truly a pleasure to work with all of you. Thank you.

I was a little skeptical, but this thing is a game changer! Everything comes out clean and winkle free every time. We’ve tried the speed cycle and then some regular cycles, which take much longer, but it seems to work just as well either way. And we now have so much room in our laundry room! I couldn’t put it exactly where I wanted to because the door direction is not interchangeable (only hinges on the left), but we were able to make it work in a different spot. And I didn’t need to worry about a dryer vent or the 220 plug. Just the hose hook up and every day 110 outlet. It’s also quiet enough that I don’t hear it from other rooms. We will definitely be recommending this washer, dryer combo to all our friends and family!

    Fantastic So Far

I have only had it for two days, but so far it is great. I still haven't tried out all the features, but the ones I care about (cleaning my laundry mainly) work perfectly. The Good: -Convenience. It holds your laundry soap & liquid fabric softener in a dispenser so that you only need to refill it occasionally instead of adding it every load. -More convenience. No forgetting to move the laundry over from the washer to the dryer (which seemed like an impossible task for my children to remember). -Have I mentioned convenient? The door can be set to automatically open after a load. This prevents any mildew buildup in the rubber gasket along the door (something that almost stopped me from buying anymore frontload washers). The machine drying the laundry probably also helps remove any moisture there too. -Saves space. Instead of having two machines, I now have just this one... and a shelf next to it to store all laundry and cleaning household items! Plus the whole laundry room feels bigger. -Electricity savings. So far it seems to use less power than just my washer did before (and my previous was a fairly recent front loader as well). Thats not even counting the savings of not having to use the high-powered dryer that was next to it before. -Clean. The laundry so far has come out feeling clean and soft. Everything smells great and I feel like it is doing better than my previous set. -Dry. If I use the AI setting it seems to do an amazing job of getting everything perfectly dry. -Huge capacity. 5.3 Cu ft is a fair amount bigger than my previous 4.8 washer this is replacing. The not-so-great: -Speed. It is not as fast as having a separate washer/dryer. Medium loads seem to take about 3.5 hours total. Heavy loads (completely full with lots of jeans/towels) can take up to 4.5 hours. My previous set I could generally do everything (washing & drying) in about 3 hours under normal circumstances. Plus if doing multiple loads I could have one load drying while the next started washing, that is no longer possible here. I will say that not being able to forget or not have time to move things from one machine to another makes up for this in 95% of situations for me. Note, I tried to keep the loads about the same size as what I used in my previous set when testing this out. -Touch screen. Not a fan of having all the controls through a touch screen. It is very convenient for some tasks, but overall I would prefer some physical buttons. Even if they just were to add a "Normal Load" button that I could use for most loads easily or just in case something happens to the screen eventually. -Filter location. Its at the very bottom. At least it is easy to get to, but it is so low that it will be almost impossible to get anything under it to catch the water when I eventually need to clean out the filter for the washer. -No pedestal available. Not a big deal with all the space I get back from only having one machine. But still a bit disappointing since the washer filter is so low to the ground and the opening for the machine is also pretty low. Most of my complaints are very minor and do not bother me. The good far out-weighs the bad here and it still earns a 5 star rating from me with a recommendation to buy for any friends/family that ask. Let's just hope it lasts a long time and can survive running multiple loads every day!

This unit is amazing, some loads take longer then others but it is what it is. Very quite and does a great job. Love the fact of the tanks for the softner and detergent. No vent needed so it can be put anywhere you need it.

Was a little hesitant to purchase given the reviews. Good news is that its a set it and forget it appliance! Yes, if you have it set for the AI auto setting it takes Hours to complete depending on how soiled the items are. However, if you determine the settings, the wash and dry cycle are much shorter. We do not regret this purchase.
