its an amazing washing and drying machine that does better than i expected

Game changer in all facets doing laundry. With great tech support of Best Buy the machine got delivered and installed (300 lbs). With the AI technology the machine chooses the best suitable washing and drying program. Ones it is done it opens the door and then only thing left is folding up the laundry and store it. This all can be controlled and monitored via an app remotely. Drying takes longer due to condenser drying. Lint filter is a bit a struggle to clean. However no outside vent needed!

This machine is awesome. Never have to worry about laundry getting done. Can start washing and drying from anywhere I travel.

I love this washer dryer combo. Runs on 110 and no vent needed. Only negative is the time it takes to wash and dry so if you’re in a hurry it’s not a good fit for you. I put mine in at night and they are done next morning so I’m good with the time it takes

So far, so good. After I finally found a cycle my wife was happy with, super speed, she seems to be enjoying the washers now. We bought two of them to ease the cycle pain since they don't need to be vented.

Samsung hit a home run with this one. Clothes come out clean and dry in two hours, using 10-15 cents of electricity per load. Compare to old-school washer and electric dryer, yes it can be faster, but uses more like 50 cents of electricity. No more moving wet laundry from washer to dryer. Frees up a 240-volt, 30-amp circuit. Way quieter. Uses less floorspace.

I bought this unit because of the convenience of the "set and forget" nature of the all in one feature. Knowing I can start my laundry at any point of the day and not have to worry about being around to swap clothes into the dryer is a game changer for me. It's been about a month now and I'm still in love with it. The biggest surprise is the difference in how my clothes feel when they come out. My merino wool socks feel like they're brand new every time I put them on now. A conventional dryer has never given me this feeling. If you're looking for a unit that can crank out loads quickly then this is not the unit for you, but if you're like me and don't care if your load takes 3-4 hours to complete then this unit will completely satisfy your laundry needs

Works perfectly would recommend It's heavy as all get out though.

My family loves these units, so easy to use. We can't get over how much quieter they are than our old ones.

I bought this machine for my sister who has some health issues. She LOVES how easy and convenient it is to do her laundry now. Plus it dries better in less time than her previous unit.

I really love my Samsung washer/dryer combo! The drying time takes more than the regular dryer but this is not a downside for me. I put my load before going to sleep and I never had my clothes coming out damp the next morning

So far it’s amazing. It does all the work for you. Literally just load and press the start button. Washes and Dries on it’s own without any additional human interaction and notifies your phone when the clothes are done.

So far I love this washer/dryer. Works great. Best Buy did great with delivery and customer service. I will say it’s a good idea to have them install it. This is a very heavy machine! I’m very satisfied with the product.

Have had this unit about 3 weeks, so far we are very pleased with the unit. While we haven't quite hit the 98 minute mark, even at a bit longer, it still gets the job done and nice not to have to transfer the clothes. Also, nice feature of being able to set-up wash/dry conditions via the app and send to the unit!

Does great job washing and drying. Love how AI works to determine length of cycle. Clothes completely dry at end of cycle. Sanitize cycle works wells but takes much much longer to complete. Great washer/dryer combo for small household...

I'll start by saying don't use the ai settings, they take like 4-6 hrs. Also should of waited and got the vented model. The non vented dumps the heat into the room. Other then that everything is good. Our electric bill went down about $20 a month over a washer and 220v dryer. A load takes the same amount of time once we figured it all out.

Love it fits in my pantry one of the best purchase I made this year. I recommend people got get yourself one..

LOVE LOVE LOVE! This machine is seriously the best washer/dryer I have ever had. Regular loads take less than 2 hours start to finish on the rapid setting, bigger loads around 3-3.5 hours on normal. My clothes come out perfectly dry and so clean. App integration is really easy to maneuver. Overall I recommend!
