    This thing is awesome. If you’re the type to save your laundry for a certain day of the week, this unit is not for you. Works best when you do a load 1-2 times a day. It’s great not having a duct, 110 outlet, and the smart things app is very intuitive. Saves a ton of space but I do sometimes wish we had a second one for after trips or having company so we could do loads faster.

    Omg i put my clothes in select my setting. This machine us quiet, washes my clothes, dry my clothes and when its done. It wrinkle free. Love it.

    It's only been two days and three loads of clothes, but so far so good. the machine does everything. Besides doing the laundry the machine adds the detergent and fabric softener as needed. When the laundry is done the door opens. Plus no venting to the outside and no cold drafts in the winter, The results are good, but only 3 loads. It is so easy to ruin starting next week I am going to train the cat to push the buttons.

    It is a practical washing machine but the wash cycles are very long, the shortest cycle takes 5 hours to wash and dry, I really do not recommend it. I think that for the price there are better options from this same brand. And if you put more load on it, it takes longer. I'm sorry, but I'll be returning it.

    I love this machine. Its not been quiet, but it cleans really well. I love that i can put in a load of dirty laundry and it comes out clean and dry. You can also use the wash and dry seperately. It prompts you to clean the filter, too! I cant recommend this more!

    - ADVERTISING on the panel - PRIVACY policies for Samsung are always evil. It’s a washer/dryer. Stop. - Cycles are ALWAYS 2x and 3x longer than estimates - Missing basic features - Maintenance + Love the power efficiency + Love that it’s a combo Classic Samsung. Great hardware and manipulative, trash software. I WOULD recommend this if they didn’t openly advertise Bixby and SmartThings on the Home Screen without any control to remove.

    Horrible experience with delivery one store does t entertain another store issue. Scuff marks while delivery and the Best Buy customer service is a pain to deal with
