After watching a couple YouTube video's, I decided that I was going to take the risk and buy a washer-dryer combo that was ventless. If you have done any research, you already know that it takes longer to dry a load of clothes. Normally, I wash a load while I am drying another so my feeling was this was going to slow me down but be more convenient. I've now had the unit about 6 weeks, so the big questions are what do I like and dislike about it, and would I buy it again?
I think the most important thing to consider when buying this unit is the size of your family and activity level you have. For a normal two or three person household, I think the ventless is the way to go. With four to five people in your household, you'd probably be better off with the vented version. More than 5? IMO, use birth control and get a washer and a dryer.
My concern that I couldn't wash a load while I dried a different load is a non-issue. Not having to put the clothes in the dryer is so convenient that it's changed the way I wash clothes. I don't fear putting a load in and leaving for half a day. When I get back, the clothes are dry, I have a notification on my phone about it and I always have it set to just tumble occasionally to prevent wrinkles. I'm also more likely to put a load in as I go to bed and set the delay. The washer tells you how long everything takes, so you can have it come on in the middle of the night and be done as you wake up.
Second thing I like. I hate when clothes shrink. The temperature that it dries at is much cooler than a normal dryer. The unit uses a heat pump to dry. I'm not exactly sure I could explain the mechanics of that but I'd describe it as the unit having something like a dehumidifier. It doesn't use high heat, so it costs less to use and your clothes should last longer and it is doubtful that they shrink due to drying.
If you have read a review that mentions that the clothes seem like they are still slightly wet when you take them out. I wash most loads as "more dry". When you take the clothes out they really don't seem 100% dry. But by the time I hang up the shirt, pull another one out and hang it up, the first shirt no longer feels wet. Absolutely a non-issue for me.
Last couple quick things I'll mention on the like side is that it takes 110 instead of 220. Since there is no vent, you could literally put this in your bathroom if you wanted. Because it is one unit, you gain quite a bit of space.
Oh wait, one more like. At the very bottom there is a place to pour in detergent and fabric softener. I'm single, but after 6 weeks, I haven't refilled either one. They are pretty large.
What do I not like about it. I think it weighs more than my refrigerator. Not really, but its heavier than any washer and dryer you've ever bought. This is one you want to get delivered.

I recently purchased the Samsung Bespoke AI 5.3 Cu. Ft. All-in-One Front Load Washer & Dryer, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the sleek Dark Steel finish to the cutting-edge technology, this unit is a game-changer.
First off, the Super Speed Wash is incredibly efficient. It cleans and dries clothes faster than I anticipated, without compromising on quality. The AI-powered features are fantastic, as it automatically adjusts settings based on the load size and fabric type, ensuring optimal performance every time. I also love the ventless heat pump dryer, which saves me from the hassle of vent installation and provides a more energy-efficient drying process.
The 5.3 Cu. Ft. capacity is perfect for larger loads, meaning fewer trips to the laundry room. The washer and dryer combo works seamlessly together, and I can do a full load of laundry without worrying about space or time.
Additionally, the Bespoke design is a beautiful touch, adding a modern aesthetic to my laundry room. It’s sleek, functional, and looks great alongside my other appliances.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. It’s quiet, efficient, and the convenience of an all-in-one system is unmatched. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade their laundry experience!

I went in saying we were not going to get an all-in-one. I was adamant about this. I told the salesman, no, we do not want to look at an all-in-one. We are not getting that. We left the store purchasing an all-in-one.
There were a couple things that pushed me in that direction. Space, being able to close the dryer vent area, convenience, and tub size. I had a front load prior and this had a lot of much better additions. Sure, the years have upgraded things. However, I'm happy with my decision. It's been 3 months. The very first thing I was concerned about was time. Yes, the wash/dry time is more than I anticipated. However, it really isn't much more than if the two were separate. It just seems like a long time when you put them both together. So, I have adjusted to putting a load in when I go to bed or when I am going to leave the house. It has a reservoir for holding a ton of laundry detergent and if you don't use softener, you can put more detergent in that one. The vent is much easier to get to and clean. The tub size is HUGE and I can fit my king size comforter in there. It has an AI cycle that determines how much detergent is needed. It can be set up with our Samsung fridge app. So far, the clothes have always been dry without sending them back through. My clothes have been very clean. Overall, I'm very pleased
Giving it 4 stars because it is built to MAKE you get the pedestal, which I don't like. Just build it in and charge more if necessary. The reason you need it is the door is very low and the laundry soap area is below that. I had to order the pedestal and it still hasn't come in.

works great, as advertised.
Pros: Cleans and dries well all by itself. Has a dispenser for detergent and softener so you don't have to mess with those either. Connects to the house Wi-Fi and your phone so you can keep track of the load. Most loads take 2-3 hours to wash and dry. No 7 hour cycles like the web claimed. The drying has been fine, not underdone or soggy at the end.
Cons: Expensive, big, and heavy. The door is very low to the ground so I had to build a very sturdy platform to avoid bending over so much. There is no pedestal available as far as I could tell but one would be very nice.
So nice I may buy a second one, although they are not cheap and so far we are doing fine (1 month in) just one load at a time.

This Samsung Bespoke combo unit is a highly practical appliance. Its "set and forget" functionality is particularly convenient, enabling a complete wash and dry cycle without any user intervention. It operates quietly and features generously sized soap and fabric softener dispensers with helpful level indicators on the display. It effectively cleans and dries large loads; any slight dampness with heavier items is comparable to my previous gas dryer. Drying a large load of towels does require a substantially longer drying time, so I simply plan accordingly and dry them last. Integration with other samsung products is neat. I get notifications on my tv and phones(via smartthings app) when cycles are complete or you have the pause feature set. This allows you to add dryer sheets between the cycles.

I absolutely love this machine. Very quiet. Very heavy. Don’t plan on moving it once it’s set up. It almost runs itself. I love that it automatically adds detergent and softener. So convenient. It also washed a king size comforter with no problem. When I came out of the machine it was perfectly dry.

This Samsung Bespoke all-in-one washer dryer combo has been a total game-changer for our family. It works exactly as advertised — no surprises, just solid performance. With kids ages 9, 14, and 17 using it without issue, it’s proven to be incredibly user-friendly and intuitive.
Yes, the dry cycle runs a bit long, but honestly, the time and frustration saved by not having to chase down family members to switch laundry from washer to dryer more than makes up for it. Everything happens in one drum, start to finish — it’s a dream.
The SmartThings app integration is excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the alerts popping up on our Samsung TV when cycles finish. It's more useful than I expected and helps keep laundry moving even when we’re multitasking around the house.
I love the washer features — especially the Bubble Soak and the dedicated cycle for detergent pods like Tide Pods. The lint trap is easy to clean, and the built-in reminders to clean the dispensers and drum are thoughtful touches that help keep everything running smoothly.
One tip: I definitely recommend getting a stand to lift it off the floor, but I opted out of the Samsung pedestal due to concerns about the weight — this machine is solid and heavy, and I didn’t want to risk damaging the pedestal.
Overall, I highly recommend this washer/dryer combo for any busy household. It’s efficient, smart, and makes laundry one less thing to worry about.

Excellent purchase. No venting required. Loads take a considerable amount of time more than a conventional set. At minimum it's at least 5 hours per load. Can take up to 7-9 hours. Wrinkle prevention does help but clothes do have wrinkles and some are extremely bad depending on the material. But it's only costing $. 50 / load. I can work around the issues. Clothes always come out very dry.

My wife and I are huge fans of this combo washer/dryer from Samsung. It is quiet, efficient, does a great job with maximizing soap and really makes it last, and has gotten our clothes cleaner than any other washer we've owned. The settings for bedding, active wear, etc. really help the machine to give a specific and deep clean without wasting water or energy.

This is a high quality and easy to use all-in-one washer-dryer combo unit. Doing a load of laundry is simplified since it will run through all cycles without the need to transfer wet items to a dryer. No more forgetting about a load in the washer if you get busy; this is also helpful if you start a load in the evening. Everything will be dry in the morning. There are a lot of predefined cycles to choose from and you can adjust them as well to fit your needs. You can accommodate a fairly large load; the full wash and dry cycle will take a few hours to complete for an oversized load. One note: this unit is extremely heavy. Moving it is extremely difficult, so be sure it’s level in the spot you plan to keep it.

The washer/dryer combo unit has been working wonderfully. My home dryer vent issue I had is now moot because there is no vent with the appliance. My clothes are clean and dry using the cycles I choose per the type of clothes I place in the large front load drum. I like that the status of each loads is communicated to my phone app and that there is a wonderful option of wrinkle free at the end of the drying cycle. I’m so happy with this purchase!

I normally dont write reviews, but this washing machine and dryer omg what a game changer tgis is. First most the washing maching is build Solid and when it washes the sound is so quite that you can easily sleep. The clothes come out neet and clean. The washing does take time but its worth the wait. The dryer, again a game changer since there is no heat coming out from back or anything like that but the clothes are dry so I am thinking Samsung has build in heating system. Now lets talk abiut option on cycle- I think Samsung really put some thoughts to this as there are every cycle that you can think of and also now with AI technology this machine has that built in and it has software updates so your running lates technology. One thing which Samsung can improve is if there was a way to select how much detergent you want to use. Let me explain so currently it has options of medium. high, extra high but that doesnt tell me how many Oz or Litters the liquid is being used. Once the machine ends it will tell you how much water is used and how much detergent was used. I just wish there was a way to manually enter how much detergent I want to use. Again its an improvement. I hope this helps folks tginking of buying this device.

This combo is great. It has so many different wash settings and the customization for each wash is super nice. The auto door opening feature when the washer is done is really nice and the app works very good. I had the LG combo for a month before this one. I had so many problems with it. It stayed drying one night for over 10 hrs I woke up the next morning and the unit was so hot I actually burnt my self when I touched it. I can tell you that this Samsung combo is so much better, the Samsung has so many more features. The only bad things I can say so far is that there is no pedestal yet so the washer is very low. The dry time which was expected is slower then a vented dryer and the lint filter is a pain to clean but probably the best one. if your looking for a an all in one I’m sure you’ve done your research.

People complain about the run times but if I combine the time of having 2 separate machine, in some cycles it's not much different. Especially if you do lighter loads. The best feature is just adding the clothes and never having to remember to move them to the dryer. My second favorite is how much electricity and my personal time it saves.

Cleans completely. Dries completely! Easy to use touchscreen. Auto door open and the high quality dry is why I chose it and it has not disappointed! I have done about 15 loads so far including king size comforter. My 10 year old vented dryer always left a few wet spots on my comforter, not this one- perfect every load. Yes it takes longer for loads but that is the heat pump tradeoff for gentle, high energy efficiency. I would not recommend for large 5+ person family but perfect for most. SmartThings app was a bit frustrating to connect and took some time but that is not why I bought this appliance. Now that it’s connected, it is handy to know the load is done.

We were tired of seeing the energy waste of our standard electric dryer. Even though it was an HE model, the element used a lot of power and also sent 400cfm+ of our nice conditioned air right out the wall and sucked in all kinds of hot nasty air from outside.
Not with these! The ventless heat pump drying feature on these is incredible, it is super efficient, quiet, and doesn't blow air outside.
Add the all-in-one feature and you have a winning combo here!
Dirty clothes go in, and clean dry clothes come out, no switching machines or forgetting you ran a load.
The detergent dispensers are also awesome, no more guesswork on how much to add!
We specifically picked the Samsung all-in-one over the GE and LG due to the condenser coil cleaning system. This is the only all-in-one to date with a full-length spray nozzle to rinse the condenser coils during the coil cleaning cycle.
Have only had these a few weeks so far, but we really like how dry and clean the clothes are when they come out. They don't have that typically burnt smell to them that you typically get with a standard electric dryer.
We opted for 2 of these units as opposed to 1, since that is the main concern due to the long wash/dry cycle time. So far it has been a great solution for use and is already saving us money on our energy usage.

This unit has exceeded my expections of a unit that can run on a 120v power source without a vent.
We are household with young kids, so laundry is never in short supply. I would say that this unit works great even being a combo unit. We are able to set the unit and forget it until the process is complete. I have yet to have a load come out smelly or wet.
Note: I watched a video that stated the easiest way to clean the lint trap is by vacuum and this holds true. I vacuum the lint trap after every wash. Have never had a single issue.
